• May take with food to avoid stomach upset.1
• Monitor sugar levels carefully in diabetics on Provera, the drug may raise sugar levels.2
• The following herbs may affect hormone levels: Agnus Castus (Vitex), Bugleweed, Black Cohosh, Dong Quai, Saw Palmetto, Tobacco, Shepherd's Purse, Vervain, and Wild Yam. Many herbs many interact with hormone replacement. Consult your pharmacist for more information.3
• Chasteberry can theoretically interfere with Provera due to its hormonal properties.4
