Hantavirus, Ebola, HIV and COVID are all packaged as extreme scare stories, backed by "authorities," because the controllers know that if you believe it enough, your mind will make it real.

It's the NOCEBO effect, where a person develops symptoms because of their expectations. And those expectations are programmed into their heads by media, doctors, government "officials," etc.

It took me many years to finally come to the full realization of this. I used to believe in virology. I was even scared of COVID for the first couple of months. But in retrospect, it will all theater.

The more you believe in authority, the stronger the NOCEBO effect. Your mind can alter your physiology, produce symptoms of illness, increase stress hormones, produce skin rashes and much more, simply because you believe that's what's supposed to happen.

We are all being played in a massive globalist PSYOP involving Big Media, Big Pharma, Big Government and the largest brainwashing operation in history.

The No. 1 most important thing you can do to protect your health in the middle of a "pandemic" is to give your middle finger to all authorities and stop believing their lies. Secondly, take care of your nutrition and good health, with natural sunlight, clean water, clean supplements, healthy eating and reasonable fitness activities.

Don't lock down. Don't hide from the sun. Don't wear a mask. Don't take experimental injections and don't believe a single word of the medical establishment... because most of them are brainwashed, too.

And the ones that aren't brainwashed are just evil and actually want you to die.
