According to a study, which involved about 10,000 participants, people who weren't properly hydrated had a higher chance of being overweight or obese compared to participants who were properly hydrated.
Drinking honey and lemon water can help you feel full before meals, which can result in a reduction in overall calorie intake. Instead of drinking sugary sodas full of calories, choose honey and lemon water to limit your calorie and sugar intake. For example, a 12-ounce (253-gram) can of soda has 110 calories and about 30 grams of sugar. Meanwhile, a 12-ounce serving of honey and lemon water (with a teaspoon of honey) only has at least 25 calories and six grams of sugar.
