On its homepage, Unwoke explains that it is looking for businesses that are interested in hiring "thinkers," not "activists." Its goal is to procure these companies with "courageous, free thinking and freedom loving individuals" who legitimately want to work, rather than "ideologues" looking for the next opportunity to weaponize their employers' brands and businesses "to further a radical cause."
The idea behind Unwoke is brilliant because there are already plenty of job websites out there for liberals who care about things like pushing LQBTQ ideologies and eliminating "whiteness" while on company time. At Unwoke, businesses can find real talent that cares about doing quality work with honesty and integrity.
"The modern workplace has become a hotpot for unchallenged radical thinking and left wing ideology," the Unwoke website explains in its About section. "Our mission is to advance society based on a culture of enlightenment, beauty, truth and freedom through free market initiatives. First up – unwoking work."
Business owners who choose to use Unwoke will have the opportunity to choose from a pool of qualified candidates for various job roles. These candidates will have no interest in pushing any leftist agendas, and will not be afraid of "offending" others with "wrongthink" or "wrongspeak" – you know, the way things used to be before the far-left took everything over and ruined it.

The types of companies that Unwoke seeks to draw in are those that could not care less about filling "diversity" quotas or "offending" special interest groups. These are not the types of companies that will issue public apologies because some random person out there gets angry over a harmless campaign slogan.
The goal is to draw in companies that provide valuable goods and services, and to match them with talent who will take their brands and businesses to the next level, leaving all of the "woke" companies vying for political correctness points completely in the dust.
Not long after it was launched, Unwoke was barraged with hateful spam and website attacks, which is to be expected, we suppose, when dealing with the violent, liberal mob. But the site is back on track and ready to go, and is sure to grow into one of the fastest growing job recruitment platforms in the world.
"We just find it jaw-dropping that so many people in that particular line of work (destruction) have been shouting for years about establishing hiring processes where the ethnicity of a person is masked," the creators of Unwoke wrote in a statement about the relentless hatred of its opposition.
"Now, when we've created it, their heads suddenly explode because of how 'racist' it is. It makes one wonder how dedicated to their principles they really are [rhetorical question]."
This is par for the course, and only indicates that Unwoke is truly on to something with its new platform. The Left is freaking out because it knows that the tides are shifting, and people want out of the far-left system that muzzles everything they are "allowed" to do and say – hence the site's new #ImOut hashtag, which needs to go viral.
"It only confirms what we already knew," the site's creators contend, adding "that the people shouting are incapable of creation and only capable of destruction."
"... a platform like Unwoke is desperately needed and desperately feared by the same people who seek to destroy it," they further assert.
