He also told Fox Business' Maria Bartiromo that the growing lawsuits over the election results are about more than just Trump, but are about the "entire future of elections in America."
"This is about election integrity," he said. "If we can't get this right, why think we will ever have confidence in these elections going forward."
Miller added that the election will likely be heading to automatic recounts in Arizona and Georgia, and potentially in Wisconsin, once it is finished with its canvassing. As far as lawsuits are concerned, Miller said he expects legal action in Pennsylvania and most likely in Michigan, and potentially other states as well.
"We filed a lawsuit in Arizona on Saturday night, and this will be going through everything from dead people voting to instances where there was backdating of mail-in ballots," said Miller.
Miller said the campaign believes it has seen enough irregularities in the election that legal action is warranted, particularly in Pennsylvania.
Trump had a big lead initially Tuesday, only to see that evaporate "as new ballots were found," said Miller, pointing out that in Pennsylvania, "Democrats were rushing to get this done and not to allow us to observe the counting."
He also noted that in the 2000 and 2016 races, the media encouraged Al Gore and Hillary Clinton to pursue legal remedies, but in Trump's case, the media want such actions to "go away."
"That is not going to happen," said Miler. "We are going to pursue every we have in front of us. We are going to make sure the American public has full confidence in these elections ... we are going through all these, so when the Electoral College gets together to certify this election, the American people can have full confidence in its outcome."
