Communist news network CNN's Jeffrey Toobin, who holds the title of "senior legal analyst," told CNN Newsroom host Poppy Harlow the other day that the Democrat response to Trump appointing a new Supreme Court justice should be to raise hell, assuming Democrats win the election on Nov. 3.
Echoing what he wrote in a Saturday column published by the New Yorker, Toobin explained how Democrats could – in his article he used the word should – respond by increasing the number of seats on the Supreme Court, abolishing the filibuster, and adding new states to the Union such as Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico.
This was Toobin's response to Harlow, who asked him "what power" the Democrats have "to stop whomever the president chooses," once again revealing CNN's liberal bias against the president and his party.
"The point I was making is that if Biden wins and if the Democrats retake the Senate, then there are real options for the Democrats," Toobin explained, noting that it is "really more a power of retribution than a power of stopping" the president from appointing a new Supreme Court justice.
"They can add two or more seats to the Supreme Court," Toobin further stated. "They can abolish the filibuster. They can grant statehood to D.C. and Puerto Rico and they can add to the overall total of federal judges which hasn't changed in decades."

Toobin suggested that Trump is "stealing" the Supreme Court by appointing a new justice
Toobin apparently believes that the Democrats own the Supreme Court, as he used the word "stealing" to describe the Republicans' filling of both Antonin Scalia and now Ruth Bader Ginsburg's vacant seats on the bench.
This attitude reveals that Democrats, including the ones who run CNN, believe themselves to hold a monopoly on the highest positions of power in this country. And anyone who gets in the way of that must be punished, as Toobin openly plotted with Harlow and other CNN hacks right on cable television.
Rather than simply try to win elections the honest way, Democrats routinely resort to trickery, deception and, in this case, retaliation against their political opponents for obstructing the liberal agenda.
As Alex Christy put it, writing for NewsBusters, the Democrats "could have won elections in 2014, 2016, or 2018" and gotten their way. Instead, they are now "threatening to re-write the rules just because they lost."
This is not what democracy looks like, by the way. This is what bullying looks like, and it is par for the course for today's Democrats, who apparently missed the memo from President Obama himself when he stated that "elections have consequences."
Meanwhile, the left-wing media is wringing its hands over Ginsburg's death, claiming that "women's rights" are now on the chopping block, along with "LGBT rights," especially if her vacant seat is "filled by a far more conservative figure picked by Donald Trump."
Ginsburg's death has apparently "led to a wave of anguish among liberals who fear that changes, particularly on abortion rights, could be rolled back," reports The Guardian, a far-left newspaper based out of the United Kingdom.
