It's always fascinating to hear conventional doctors finally admit that exposure to sunlight positively affects brain chemistry. If you go without sunlight enough, you'll feel depressed and fatigued. It's not just the sunlight, either: It's also the fact that sunlight generates vitamin D, and if you're deficient in vitamin D (as most people are), you'll feel lousy.
