Congressional committee votes unanimously to subpoena Google, Facebook for election manipulation ahead of voting day 2024

The testimonies shared at a recent Senate Committee on State Affairs of the State of Texas hearing on election manipulation successfully convinced congressional committee members to unanimously authorize the issuance of subpoenas to investigate both Google and Facebook ahead of the 2024 election.

Google whistleblower Zach Vorhies tweeted that his testimony, along with that of Facebook whistleblower Ryan Hartwig; author and former editor-in-chief of Psychology Today, Dr. Robert Epstein; the Heritage Foundation; and The MRC vice president Dan Schneider, resulted in a victorious first step towards cleaning up American elections.

"Today the Senate Committee on State Affairs voted unanimously to authorize subpoenas to big tech firms like Facebook and Google," tweeted Sen. Bryan Hughes (R-Tex.).

"There is strong evidence that big tech imposes their own biases to manipulate and stifle dissenting voices, undermining election integrity. Texas will not stand for that."

Will Big Tech steal the 2024 election?

The motion to authorize subpoenas states that the unanimous vote tracks with Senate Rule 11.20, allowing for the issuance of one or more subpoenas to the following companies:

Alphabet Inc. (the parent company of Google)

Meta Platforms, Inc. (the parent company of Facebook and Instagram)

TikTok Pte. Ltd.

X Corp.

The order also allows for "any other relevant company or entity (including any subsidiary or affiliate of one of those companies or entities), as well as any officer, employee, agent, or representative of one of those companies or entities or of a subsidiary or affiliate of one of those companies or entities, to:

1) appear before the committee at a time and location specified in the subpoena;

2) produce for inspection of the committee those books, records, documents, and other evidence specified in the subpoena, in a manner specified in the subpoena, that are in the recipient's possession, custody, or control; or

3) both appear before the committee to testify and produce books, records, documents, and other evidence, as provided by the subpoena."

The motion was signed and adopted on May 29 in an 11-0 vote.

News about this latest election integrity development is being mostly overlooked as the media focuses on the "hush money" case involving President Trump. This is a very important development, though, that deserves attention because America's future could depend on it.

"This should be the top news after Trump case," someone tweeted about the importance of this subpoena motion passing. "This is a fight for freedom. Big tech is able to manipulate, influence and ultimately brainwash."

Another celebrated the news, stating that it took way too long for elected representatives to take up this critical issue, especially seeing how close it is to Election Day.

"Time to drag the thieves in for questioning even though we know they'll lie under oath," this person wrote. "They know there will be no repercussions."

An account calling itself "The American Protectors of Journalistic Freedom" also warned about the Google CLASS platform that seeks to indoctrinate America's youth using the search engine company's subversive artificial intelligence (AI) and other advanced technologies.

"Google CLASS. As in, our public education TEA using a data mining apparatus based on Texas children," this person wrote. "What they like, what games they play, and what their laptop cameras provide to ... Google. How much did public school fund?"

Another called on Judge Juan Merchan, the presiding judge in the Trump case, to also be subpoenaed for election interference based on what just happened in that case with Trump being convicted on all 34 felony charges.
