Retired Navy Captain Hung Cao is not all he's "cracked up to be," according to investigative reporting regarding his highly-inflated bio and resume for Senate. It's another story of stolen valor, like we hear regularly from Resident Biden about himself. When politicians want someone to win an important seat like this so badly, there's always a glacier of lies under that tip of iceberg showing.
According to Mr. Cao, he's like a Rhodes scholar, who spent years and years at Harvard and MIT, digging into the books for thousands of hours to earn the highest degrees in the land, except, wait… he didn't. He's just a computer science assistant professor simply affiliated with the University of New Brunswick, who wrote papers on automated workflows. He also directed some analytics lab focused on critical thinking and ways to digitally transform societal challenges. Well, congratulations Hung Cow. Being a data scientist is not the same thing as earning two degrees from two Ivy League colleges, but then again, the biggest lies are more likely to be believed.
Sure, Cao has been a member of over a dozen technical "communities" working on data clouds, AI, and ubiquitous computing, but why all the resume fluff about balancing the Navy's billion-dollar budget?

And there's the rub. Hung Cao did his Ph.D. dissertation titled "Developing an Analytics Everywhere Framework for the Internet of Things in Smart City Applications." A smart city is an urban area that uses electronic data-collection and monitoring methods to spy on (and control) every citizen's every move. This data is then used to manage and control everyone's assets, smart devices, traffic, power plants, utilities, water supply networks, waste disposal systems, criminal investigations, schools, libraries, hospitals, and transportation systems. Is this the plan for big cities in Virginia, via the hyped-up techy nerd and non-Ivy-League graduate, one Hung Cao?
Is there a plan in place for a 100 percent police-state, Big Brother "smart city" in the sprawling northern urban parts of Virginia, just below the D.C. beltway, where the CCP-led Democrats can keep an "eye" on everything and everyone, controlling their movements, money, health, and children too? Cao is said to be an expert on the "Internet of Things" ('IoT') network to optimize the efficiency of city operations and services connected to citizens. Will he be a key behind-the-scenes guru that instructs city officials how to interact directly with the community and city infrastructure, monitoring all that transpires under the Orwellian police-state tyranny? Sure sounds like that's the plan.
Is Hung Cao a pawn and shill for Big Tech, Big Government, and the Globalists who want 100% complete control over the populace?
Yes, smart city technology allows the government to be able to turn on or OFF all functions the populace need to live. At any time, digital money can disappear in a matter of a few seconds. All electric vehicles can be shut down, even while driving on the highway or to the emergency room. All voting machines will be electric, hackable by any tech gurus from anywhere in the world. All electricity, water, and internet can be shut off, even just for people who share dislike for those in charge or the rules of law.
Hung Cao is fibbing on his resume for a Virginia Senate seat. Why? Will he head up the smart city task forces? Will he help monitor all the peons movements, money, weapons, and dissent online? One thing is for sure. Smart city "officials" will be working under certain billionaires who aim to reduce the population drastically, while imprisoning all those who survive the upcoming vaccination plandemics.
Don't vote for the liars, criminals, and control freaks, because once they get the power, it will never be given back. Only an all-out revolution will be able to bring back the "norm" in the Republic after that. Get ready to defend your rights, your home, your children.
