Lieberman made the statement in her interview with host Ann Vandersteel during the February 1 edition of the "Steel Truth" on Brighteon.TV.
"That saying 'he who forgets history is doomed to repeat it' could relate to how he's forgotten 9/11, how the Taliban and other groups of terrorists are still out there to get us. It is still applicable today and he took us out of Afghanistan supposedly to get people, to get Americans back home and out of danger and all of that. And he, of course, created a terrible fiasco. And no sooner did the U.S. military get back to America that he is now putting them in Ukraine," Lieberman said. "So if we weren't supposed to be in Afghanistan -- I'm not saying that we weren't because that retreat is what caused not only [Russian President Vladimir] Putin, but all the other major world leaders, our enemies to realize that the time is now to attack America. The time is now to attack places where you want to take over because Biden is out to lunch, doesn't know what is going on. He has what I call it 'encroaching dementia.'"
Lieberman, a best-selling author, added that Biden is like the "weak animal in a pack" that the predator is going after. She added that all the world leaders like Putin have seen what happened in Afghanistan and realized that they can really take advantage of Biden's poor leadership.
The host of "Dr. Carole's Couch" pointed out that what happened in Afghanistan has caused much damage physically and mentally to Americans, especially to those who were left behind.
Lieberman added that Americans who are in Ukraine, including those in the Ukrainian embassy, will soon plan to leave quickly after seeing what happened in Afghanistan and how Biden failed to fulfill his promise to take everybody out.
The forensic psychiatrist, who analyzes the psychological impacts of world events, also mentioned that members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) don't really want to get into a war with Russia, which is currently encroaching on Ukraine. She added that Putin’s plan on invading Ukraine with all their troops and weapons at the border may be a ploy to confuse other countries and test the U.S. leadership, which Lieberman said is an unfortunate problem.
According to Lieberman, the morale of the military is so low right now after seeing what happened to the American troops in Afghanistan.
"The way that we retreated, the way Biden surrendered to the Taliban, made all the sacrifices worthless. All the people who gave their lives, and the families of the troops who went to Afghanistan, and the people who gave their legs, limbs, psyche and all of the things that they sacrificed to really work hard to protect America by being in Afghanistan – Biden made all that worthless," Lieberman stressed.
"It took away their purpose in life, their proud achievement. And so people thinking about joining or being recruited, volunteering to be in the military, they're gonna think two, three and 10 times before they do that because why would they take a chance? Why would they risk sacrificing their lives when the same kind of thing could happen?"
Lieberman also talked about her book "Lions and Tigers and Terrorists, Oh My!," which she said helps grownups, parents and teachers talk to kids about terrorism, how to help them express their emotions about it and notice when they need professional help.
"The book is a picture book. It talks about radical Islam and it helps kids to understand what really is going on without scaring them so that they can be prepared. And that goes just as well for Ukraine. What's happening now is what happened in 9/11 and Afghanistan. It's all terror around us," Lieberman said.
