Vanden Bossche is a former senior officer of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. He also previously worked with multiple Big Pharma companies, including Novartis and GlaxoSmithKline.
He recently gave an interview with Doctors For Life, Philippines. During the interview, he said that COVID-19 vaccines would suppress the natural and powerful antibodies that kids have and need to fight not just the coronavirus but a whole lot of other diseases. (Related: Over 15,000 doctors and scientists sign declaration opposing COVID-19 vaccinations for children.)
"Because of the sustained suppression by the vaccinal antibodies, kids may no longer be naturally protected against a number of childhood infections that do not usually result in disease," he said. "These innate antibodies that, for example, recognize SARS-CoV-2, are also the type of innate antibodies that will recognize, for example, influenza, that will recognize a number of other coronaviruses."
"But now all of a sudden, this type of innate antibodies gets suppressed by the vaccinal antibodies," he continued. He pointed out that, when children get infected with influenza or coronavirus, it typically does not cause severe illness in children. But he warned that the suppressive effect of the COVID-19 vaccines will make this more likely.
Vanden Bossche further warned that if a child's innate antibodies are suppressed, it could lead to them developing autoimmune conditions.
"These innate antibodies also have a role to prevent autoimmunity – in a sense that they prevent self-components from being recognized by the immune system," he explained." But, of course, if you suppress these innate antibodies, this protective function is no longer there."
"So, vaccinating children against SARS-CoV-2 deprives them of their capacity to sterilize this virus, as well as a number of other viruses that do not usually cause harm to children."
During the interview, Vanden Bossche accepted that children will inevitably contract COVID-19. But a mild – or even moderate – infection will result in the "training of their innate immune system or acquisition of natural SARS-CoV-2-specific antibodies." These antibodies will provide children with the immunity they need to prevent any future infection.
Vanden Bossche's warning regarding the effects COVID-19 vaccines have on children is supported by a whole host of other research.
A 2020 study by researchers from Yale University and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine found that children and adults display very different immune system responses when confronted with a SARS-CoV-2 infection. The immune systems of younger patients were more capable of responding early to a coronavirus infection, thus preventing severe illness.
Another study strongly suggests that the reason children are more capable of neutralizing the coronavirus is that their T cells are still young and untrained. T cells are an important part of the body's immune response. Because children's T cells are still young, researchers believe this makes them more capable of immunologically responding quickly to novel viruses such as SARS-CoV-2.
More recent research has found that pre-activated antiviral innate immunity in the upper airways of children works effectively to control early COVID-19 infection. "Our study provides evidence that the airway immune cells of children are primed for virus sensing, resulting in a stronger early innate antiviral response to SARS-CoV-2 infection than in adults," wrote the researchers.
Finally, a statistical analysis of child deaths due to COVID-19 has found that the chance of a kid dying from COVID-19 is so small that the risk of giving them the vaccinations is far too great to justify. In fact, children are around 10 times more likely to die in a car crash than from COVID-19. They're also just as likely to die due to the seasonal flu even though there is a vaccine mandate for it.
All this information proves there is no data or scientific evidence that can justify giving COVID-19 vaccines to children.
