Naturopathic nutritionist Amy Morris seconds the zinc advice, calling it her “go-to” whenever she starts to notice the first symptoms of a cold setting in. Dermatologist Dr. Daniel Glass swears by Vitamin C. While he tries to get it from his diet via fruits and vegetables throughout the year, he adds a supplement to the mix in winter to help ward off any colds and other infections.
