For a mere $100,000 and the promise of relocation to Europe, this individual carried out the dastardly act that ended Kirillov's life and that of his assistant, Ilya Polikarpov. The use of a remotely detonated explosive device attached to an electric scooter highlights the callous and calculated nature of this assassination.
Kirillov's work had been instrumental in revealing the true nature of Ukraine's biological weapons manufacturing capabilities.
