He issued this warning during a recent appearance on the "Health Ranger Report" with the Health Ranger Mike Adams. Quayle noted that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made the mistake of launching a long-range missile into Russia. This, he added, would result in the U.S. and Western Europe getting hit with hypersonic nuclear weapons.
Moreover, the nationally known radio host pointed out that outgoing U.S. President Joe Biden has given Ukraine the order to launch a preemptive attack on Moscow with the advice of former U.S. President Barack Obama. (Related: Ukraine strikes Russian military installation in Bryansk just one day after Biden authorizes use of U.S.-made, long-range ATACMs missiles.)
Adams agreed, mentioning that the Biden administration announced it was granting permission for Ukraine to use the longer-range missiles.
"These are the super long range that allows Ukraine to fire missiles deep into Russia. I don't know if you can say deep, a few hundred kilometers. I mean, Russia is a huge land mass, so it doesn't go that deep into Russia, but it's much deeper than anything before," Adams said.
"The point is that previous to this, Russia's top leaders had said that if the West grants this permission, that that permission alone will be considered an act of war by the U.S. and NATO [North Atlantic Treaty Organization member] nations. So essentially, we are now in a state of war, according to Russia. A state of war between Russia and NATO that exists as of right now."
Quayle said the U.S. and NATO have declared war on Russia, with all the nuclear weapons in place and ready to launch. However, Moscow has the advantage with the hypersonic missiles in its arsenal.
"The powers that be have given the go ahead to use nukes, and that's why Russia will not stand for any short-range missiles. Now, I think it's imperative that people understand something. We are at a state of defense condition which is classified, but it's beyond DEFCON 2. I don't know the actual designation, but that means everything is geared up to basically start WWIII."
According to the Health Ranger, Russian President Vladimir Putin won't be bluffing if he decides to use nuclear weapons against Ukraine, the U.S. and the rest of NATO. European military bases would be among the Kremlin's very first targets the moment it retaliates against the West for allowing Kyiv to fire missiles.
Putin has repeatedly warned Russia will use nuclear weapons if NATO attacks key Russian resources – even if the attacker uses non-nuclear or regular kinetic means.
Quayle said Russia will use its non-nuclear warheads, specifically its thermobaric weapons equivalent to 44 megatons (44 million tons) of TNT, to target European military facilities.. These weapons will unleash fuel-air explosions that will surely devastate American military bases and cities.
He also noted that Russia's hypersonic missiles from submarines will take out most targets in the continental U.S. within two to three minutes. Adams added that Russia's Poseidon nuclear underwater drones, which are armed with 100-megaton nuclear warheads, are already parked off the continental shelf of both the East Coast and West Coast. Moreover, the Poseidon nuclear drone possesses the ability to be untraceable and can stay dormant for long periods.
In addition to the Poseidon and thermobaric missiles, Russia also has Kinzhal and Iskander missiles that can carry nuclear warheads. Adams said Moscow boasts of almost 7,000 nuclear warheads in its arsenal.
