Meanwhile, President-elect Donald Trump spent tens of millions of dollars on political ads focusing on how the transgender agenda negatively affects Americans in the weeks leading up to Election Day.
Since Oct. 1, data from AdImpact noted that the Trump campaign spent nearly $20 million on television ads that aired over 55,000 times warning about the expansion of the transgender agenda under the Democratic Party. (Related: Gender-confused Democrat ARRESTED for saying he wanted to shoot Trump.)
In a recent survey, majority of Americans "strongly oppose" the Democratic Party's transgender agenda of men participating in women's sports and men using women's bathrooms.
Analysts note that the Republican campaign against transgenderism may have helped the party earn back "crucial support" from female voters.
"One of the things you see in the focus groups is the moms get really visibly angry on this issue," Jim McLaughlin, a GOP pollster said in an interview with the New York Times. "It's a fairness issue. They don't want their daughters to lose a scholarship, and they don't want them to get hurt."
The Trump campaign knew that a line about "keeping men out of women's sports" often gets the most applause at his rallies. "It's the last thing on Earth they want to talk about. So we'll talk about it for them," said Chris LaCivita, Trump's co-campaign manager.
