Terry, the candidate of the Christian conservative Constitution Party, is also releasing ads urging opposition to the ballot measures in nearly a dozen states that would legalize abortion.
The first ad, aired on ABC's "World News Tonight" on Oct. 28, focuses on pro-life advocates currently serving federal prison sentences and their struggles.
"Nearly 20 innocent Americans are in federal prison for peacefully protesting abortion," Terry said at the start of the ad while showing the names and images of the jailed pro-life heroes. He then named Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New York and South Dakota as the 10 states that are about to vote on whether to enshrine "abortion rights" into their state constitutions. "Will we protect children, or murder them? … and imprison their defenders?"
Terry's ad directly called out Christians who supported Harris to reconsider their position and not vote for her.
"Jesus said if we harm a child, we're better off drowned in the sea with a millstone around our neck. Jesus said what we do to babies, we do to Him. A vote for these amendments, or this team, is a vote to kill Jesus in the womb," Terry said in the ad while displaying a photo of Harris seated next to Attorney General Merrick Garland. Another ad, which aired during the World Series Game 4 pregame show on Fox on Oct. 29, includes a series of five distressing images of late-term abortions. The ad sought to influence public support for the upcoming pro-abortion ballot measures in 10 states. This ad similarly implores viewers not to support Harris and her "pro-choice" stance.
"Sorry to interrupt the World Series, but killing babies by abortion is on the ballot in 10 states," Terry, dressed in a Dodgers shirt, said at the beginning of the ad. "Jesus said, what we do to children, we do to Him. A vote for these laws, or Kamala, is a vote to kill Jesus in the womb."
The commercial ends with Terry in a Yankees shirt, alongside the disturbing graphic images of late-term abortions.
In September, Terry also launched similar campaign advertisements to steer away religious voters from the Democratic Party ticket.
The advertisements, scheduled to air through November, include state-specific ads targeting regions where Democrats are advocating for abortion rights. For instance, in Florida, one of the ads specifically targets Amendment 4, a pro-abortion rights measure, with a video titled "Black Genocide." In the ad, Pastor Stephen Broden, the vice presidential nominee of the Constitution Party, claims that "the leading cause of death in the Black community is abortion."
Another ad titled "Pimps and Pedophiles" suggests that abortion enables sexual abuse and trafficking. The ad alleges that some women are coerced into abortion to cover up these crimes. Additionally, the ad warns voters that supporting Amendment 4 makes them "accessories to murder."
In a third ad, Terry shares his mother's decision to choose life despite the challenges of being a single mother. He claims that his experience contradicts the "heartache and death" that abortion brings. So, he warned that those who will vote for Amendment 4 will have "blood on their hands."
"You cannot end a holocaust of this magnitude without showing the victims and calling it 'Murder.' There are rules and tools in social warfare, and if those five rules and tools are not used, you lose: incendiary images, radical rhetoric, aggressive action, serious sacrifice and verifiable victory," Terry said in an interview with LifeSiteNews back in September, as he explained the need to change the tactics employed in defeating inhuman Democrat policies and politicians. "With those tactics you win, without them, you lose."
