Rap mogul Diddy accused of abusing 9-YEAR-OLD BOY

Rap mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs has been accused of abusing a nine-year-old boy in a complaint, part of 120 new sexual abuse suits set to be filed in court.

Tony Buzbee of The Buzbee Law Firm (TBLF) in Texas disclosed this accusation in an Oct. 1 press conference, where he announced that an additional 120 victims have come forward to sue the Bad Boy Records founder. The victims, including the nine-year-old, have accused Combs of sexual abuse over 25 years. The 120 plaintiffs have tapped the services of TBLF and attorney Andrew Van Larsdale's AVA Law Group to represent them in court.

According to Buzbee, the boy was among Combs' youngest victims. The rapper committed the abuse between 1991 and this year.

"This individual, who was nine years old at the time, was taken to an audition in New York City (NYC) with Bad Boy Records. This individual was sexually abused allegedly by Combs and several other people at the studio in the promise to both his parents and to [the victim] himself of getting a record deal," the lawyer recounted. "Other boys were there to audition as well. All of them were trying to land a record deal. All of them were minors."

Buzbee, lead counsel for TBLF, pointed out that the promise of fame was leveraged over multiple child victims – including another underage boy.

"Another minor [was] told allegedly by Combs that he would make him a star, but he needed to visit with him in private about it away from his parents. Once they were in the private area, Combs allegedly made the victim perform oral sex upon him," the attorney further stated. "An individual, 15 years old at the time, flown to NYC to attend a party, was drugged and then taken into a private room, allegedly in the presence of Combs. This female individual – [a] minor – was raped and then other individuals took turns raping her."

Most of the 120 new victims were allegedly DRUGGED by Diddy

Buzbee added that the 120 new victims his firm will represent are some of those with credible cases, as accusers with non-credible claims have been weeded out. Many of the new victims had previously told law enforcement, including some who went to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, that they had been sexually abused. Also, many have medical records to prove they had been sexually assaulted or drugged, Buzbee continued.

"Drugs were found in their system. Weird drugs, drugs that you probably never heard of. One in particular that continues to pop up is a drug called xylazine or tranq, which based on our research is known as a horse tranquilizer." (Related: Skin-rotting animal tranquilizer drug known as "tranq" spreads all over the US.)

While the alleged victims are scattered throughout the country, many are based in Florida, Georgia, California and New York state. About half are women and the other are men. Much of the alleged abuse happened at parties and events organized by Combs – with Buzbee again recalling two instances.

"One individual who was 22 years [old] at the time she was assaulted … [described] the typical [modus operandi] at one of these parties. When you were handed a drink – and now we know that the drink is laced with something – [and] if you refused to drink it, you were kicked out of the party," he said.

The second instance Buzbee recalled involved an adult pregnant woman who was sexually assaulted after attending a group dinner with Combs in Miami. "She wasn't drinking because she was pregnant, but whatever she drank at the table apparently was laced with something," said the lawyer. "She blacked out, and she woke up in the same bed, again allegedly with Mr. Combs in his mansion in Miami. Her vagina and her anus were torn and sore, and I could go on. And literally, you're sensing a theme here."

According to Buzbee, many of the cases – with the vast majority being filed in courts in NYC and Los Angeles – will be done so under pseudonyms to protect the victims. A hotline number for potential victims to call if they wish to come forward was also announced.

"If you're out there and you have been victimized, you are not alone," the lawyer said, addressing other victims yet to come forward. "There is a great strength in numbers."
