Human rights activist Dan Kovalik “grills” Sen. John Fetterman in “ambush interview” for favoring Israel’s genocide in Gaza, Lebanon

Author and political and human rights activist Daniel Kovalik recently shared a video on X/Twitter of him trying to interview U.S. Senator John Fetterman (D-PA), who is also a staunch supporter of Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris.

"I grilled @JohnFetterman about the genocide in Gaza and Lebanon, and how some are comparing him to Idi Amin and Pol Pot," Kovalik posted on the social media platform. "He had no defense."

The post on Sept. 26, which has 1.7 million views as of press time, attached a video of him filming the senator.

"How do you feel about what is happening in Lebanon? Five hundred people are killed, at least, in one day?" Kovalik asked Fetterman, who was trying to ignore him while walking at what appears to be an airport.

Kovalik has been very vocal about criticizing Israel for waging a genocidal war in Gaza on the Palestinian people. Currently, the war has extended to Lebanon because its Iran-backed militant group Hezbollah has been retaliating for the people of Gaza. Meanwhile, Fetterman has expressed his support for Israel, even bragging in an X post about how "strong" Israel is and how "Iran and its proxies are inept, one-trick ponies of lobbing flea market-grade rockets."

During Kovalik's "ambush interview," the senator told him, without even throwing him a glance: "You are so weird, dude." The author answered: "Why? What's weird? What's your opinion?"

Then a woman, who was not caught in the video frame can be heard saying: "You know what, he's off the clock."

The human rights activist answered: "No, he's never off the clock." Then he went on bombarding him with questions as Fetterman continued to walk.

"How about all the deaths in Gaza? How do you feel about that? Some are even comparing you to Idi Amin and Pol Pot. What do you think?" he said referring to the former Ugandan president and ex-Cambodian prime minister, respectively. The senator just shot back with: "Okay, weirdo."

Kovalik countered: "You are the weirdo, you support genocide." Appearing a little more triggered, Fetterman replied: "Go Hamas!"

Kovalik continued asking: "How many kids are enough for you? What's your red line? Your constituents want to know. Will you ever support an arms embargo against Israel? What would it take? If they use nuclear arms?"

"This is devastating. Oh my God, you are just a bad man," the senator replied as he continued to walk past Kovalik.

Kovalik: Israel wants Palestinians' existence wiped out from history

Back in August, Kovalik, who wrote the book "The Case for Palestine: Why It Matters and Why You Should Care," appeared on the "Health Ranger Report" podcast, where he and Mike Adams, Brighteon and Natural News founder, talked about how devastating the escalating war in Gaza is for the Palestinian people.

"The idea is not only to destroy the Palestinians as a people. It's to destroy the memory that they ever existed," Kovalik told Adams, adding that to achieve this goal, the Israelis have purposely destroyed every university, mosque, church and hall of records in the enclave. (Related: Daniel Kovalik: Israel is WIPING OUT the memory of Palestine's existence.)

"So, imagine that the people who survived – they won't be able to prove ownership of their homes [and] their land. They won't have birth certificates, death certificates or marriage certificates. And again, all of this is intentional so that these folks literally will have no documented record that they ever were – that is absolutely the game plan," he pointed out.

Elsewhere in the show, Adams also lamented about Israelis telling people in Gaza to evacuate to safe routes, only to systematically target and bomb the routes. Worse, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu denied that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) killed civilians in Gaza during his speech before Congress.

"It was a historic, horrendous crime of lies and omissions," the Health Ranger commented.

Kovalik agreed and said that as a matter of fact, at least 186,000 Palestinians have been killed so far since Oct. 7 – with women and children comprising the vast majority, citing a piece from the Lancet medical journal.

"This is a war against humanity. Every day, hundreds of Palestinians are being killed – and again, mostly civilians. You have tens of thousands of children that are now orphaned, maimed children who are orphaned," he said.

According to reports, Israeli forces rape and torture Palestinian prisoners. Israeli pilots continue to bomb women and children. IDF military snipers shoot doctors in hospitals while treating the wounded. But Christian Zionists in America would still say that God is on the side of His "chosen people," Adams further remarked.
