We have learned that rather than do things the established way, the Biden regime is using a hiring authority called Schedule A to pack the Department of Justice (DOJ), and particularly its Environmental, Antitrust, and Immigration divisions, with unvetted people who are likely to remain in their positions long after whoever ends up winning the election this fall gets installed.
What seems to be happening is that the Biden regime, knowing that these appointees will probably remain in their positions well into the next administration's term and even beyond, wants to maintain long-term control over Washington for many years to come.
By packing the DOJ with unvetted people who will surely end up beholden to the hidden powers that put them there, whoever controls Biden will still be able to pull the strings of government from behind the curtain no matter which figurehead gains access to the Oval Office.

Biden regime appointed 100 immigration judges through Schedule A
Many critics who can see what is happening feel that Biden's people know Donald Trump is slated to win, probably by a landslide, unless massive cheating endeavors are a success. As such, Biden's controllers are planning to make it as difficult as possible for Trump to reverse any of their policies.
Michael Chamberlain, director of Protect the Public's Trust (PPT), is the guy responsible for uncovering the Biden regime's Schedule A hiring spree. He warns that "exploiting non-competitive hiring authorities to fill career civil service positions" will only further erode the public's trust in the U.S. government as a legitimate entity.
PPT was able to get its hands on proof-positive documents showing that the Biden regime, including Kamala Harris who has now been selected by the powers that be and not We the People to be the Democrat candidate this fall, has already hired 100 immigration judges through Schedule A.
"The backlog in immigration courts has skyrocketed from 1.3 million cases in 2020 to over 3 million under Biden-Harris, and these judges will play a crucial role in deciding whether noncitizens can remain in the U.S.," writes Jack Montgomery for The National Pulse.
The overall staff size within the DOJ's Environmental and Natural Resources Division has also ballooned under the Biden regime's Schedule A hiring spree. This particular DOJ division is tasked with enforcing progressive environmental regulations that erode Americans' constitutional rights in the name of being "green."
Research shows that more than half of all American voters fully believe that Biden is ushering in all the migrants to become a massive Democrat voting bloc. If left unchecked, this mass importing of voters will eventually, if it has not already, create a permanent Democrat majority to control the nation forever.
A full 54 percent of voters, as of last April, believe that the Biden regime is "encouraging" illegal aliens to enter the U.S. unlawfully to "create a permanent majority" for Democrats to rule the nation with an iron fist. That percentage has likely increased, by the way, due to all the latest revelations about Biden regime corruption that have come out publicly in the months since.
