Software expert: Thousands of DUPLICATE BALLOTS were counted during 2020 election in Fulton County

Thousands of duplicate ballots were reportedly counted during the 2020 election in Georgia's Fulton County, according to a software expert's court filing.

Per the filing, a state review of the county's audit of the 2020 presidential results found errors and inconsistencies in the vote count. This included around 3,000 duplicate ballots cast for President Joe Biden and illegally counted. Unfortunately, the state review and outside experts deemed the errors weren't enough to alter the election results.

Philip Davis, the software expert, later provided detailed testimony on how election workers allegedly manipulated the ballot-counting process using different tabulators. He expounded on the mechanics of the alleged vote fraud before state lawmakers. (Related: Vote fraud: Illinois primary votes are being switched between different candidates.)

"You’ll see that they took batches from tabulator 794, batches eight through 11. They brought it to tabulator 791. They then started grabbing pieces of those four batches," the software expert said.

"With those four pieces, they made up brand new batches for tabulator 794. Some of the ballots were in reverse order. They were from multiple batches. In the very first one, you can see that they took batch 22, 20 ballots in reverse; batch 23, four ballots in normal order; batch 20, 10 ballots in reverse; batch 23, five more ballots and so on. This pattern repeats over and over for tabulator 794."

Davis' testimony highlighted a repetitive pattern, suggesting a systematic approach to duplicating ballots. "We see the exact same pattern repeated with a different set of ballots. So once again, they got ballots from tabulator 791. They grabbed four sets of batches," he continued. "They did create brand new batches by picking and choosing pieces out of those other batches to make the new batches. That would be tabulator 74 batches 20 through 26."

Election integrity a major problem in the Peach State

According to YourNews, these alleged actions took place in Georgia during the contentious 2020 election, which Biden won by a narrow margin of 11,779 votes. This victory came after Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger assured on Nov. 4, 2020 that the ballot counting was nearly complete and that former President Donald Trump's substantial lead of over 103,000 votes was secure.

Davis's revelations suggest that the counting of ballots multiple times could significantly alter election outcomes. He further testified that 3,030 duplicate ballots were counted in Fulton County during the machine recount.

The implications of these allegations are profound, raising questions about the integrity of the election process in Georgia. With the narrow margin of victory in the state, the impact of the alleged duplicate ballots could be substantial. The testimony has sparked renewed calls for comprehensive election audits and reforms to ensure the accuracy and fairness of future elections.

Meanwhile, a federal judge is expected to issue a ruling on whether Georgia's voting machines from Dominion Voting Systems are vulnerable to hacking and violate voters' constitutional rights. The ruling threatens to shake up the Peach State's election procedures heading into the 2024 presidential campaign.

The lawsuit was filed by a good government group in 2017, years before Trump claimed allegations of election fraud. The trial for this case featured a testimony by cybersecurity expert J. Alex Halderman, who demonstrated a dramatic machine hack in open court.

The state purchased and implemented the existing Dominion system with a whopping $107 million contract, which includes ballot-marking devices that allow voters to make their choices on electronic voting machines. The machines then print receipts, with plain-text summaries of the voters’ choices and QR codes that the ballot scanners use to count the voters' choices. But in 2019, U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg barred the state from using its last completely digital voting system over concerns about the security of the paperless system.
