Disney is not yet forcing its potential hires to take DNA tests to determine their ethnic heritage, but it is making judgment calls based simply on skin tone, which means even those of mixed ethnic background are being discriminated against.

White people, in other words, simply need to get very tan in order to increase their chances of being hired at Disney. Just go out in the sun and bake yourself until you look really, really brown – then you might be chosen as the next Disney princess, even if you have man parts!
