Haim, a 34-year-old whistleblower from Dallas, pleaded not guilty after being falsely accused of violating HIPAA laws that are shielding Texas Children's Hospital from proper scrutiny over the illegal "gender-affirming care" being offered to children in defiance of state law.
A surgeon, Haim faces four felony charges, that we now know thanks to the indictment unsealing, include attempting to reactivate his login credentials under false pretenses after they expired due to lack of activity.
What Haim appears to have done was basically "break into" the computer systems at Texas Children's in order to expose the evils taking place there against children who have been manipulated by adults into developing gender dysphoria and feeling the desire to join the cult of LGBT.
Normal people would call Haim a hero, but the Biden regime and its corporate media lapdogs are raking him over the coals over trumped up and quite frankly bogus charges that are clearly politically motivated to punish Haim for doing the right thing in the face of evil.
According to the indictment by U.S. Attorney Alamdar S. Hamdani, Haim "obtained unauthorized individually identifiable health HIPAA protected information on pediatric patients" and "caused malicious harm to TCH, pediatric patients at TCH and its physicians by contacting a media contact."
"I have maintained from day one that I have done nothing wrong," Haim said in his own defense. "We're going to fight this tooth and nail, stand up for whistleblowers everywhere."

It all started back in May 2023 when Haim leaked documents to journalist Christopher Rufo showing that Texas Children's has continued to operate its child gender clinic in violation of Texas law. Texas Children's also lied about shutting down the clinic.
None of the documents Haim shared with Rufo contained any personally identifiable patient information. Haim respected each and every patient at the hospital and merely shared the documents to expose criminal activity taking place at Texas Children's. Hamdani's indictment, though, falsely claims otherwise.
"As a result of HAIM’S actions, TCH resulted in financial loss, medical delays in previously scheduled patients as well as threats and harm to its patients and esteemed physicians," the indictment falsely states.
"In furtherance of his malicious intent, HAIM obtained unauthorized HIPAA protected information and intentionally contacted a media outlet to grossly mischaracterize TCH's medical procedures in order to damage the reputation of TCH and its physicians and to promote his own personal agenda."
An opinion released by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton in February 2022 states that all forms of so-called "gender affirming care," also known as transgender mutilation, are a form of child abuse under Texas state law. In February 2023, Texas Children's released a statement claiming it would stop all transgender drugging and surgery on children, which we now know was a lie.
Just three days after issuing said statement, Texas Children's proceeded to surgically implant a hormone device into an 11-year-old girl who had been brainwashed into believing that she was born into the "wrong" body.
"Where are the cowards at @TexasChildrens who won't speak up in his defense and in defense of the children?" asked Dr. Mary Talley Bowden, MD (@MdBreathe) on X.
