Russia readying to attack French troops as UK sends Zelensky 1,000 drones

Should France proceed as planned with sending French troops to Ukraine to fight Russia, then Russia is promising to attack them.

As "soon" as last week, Ukrainian top commander Oleksandr Syrskyi promised that French troops would be arriving in Kiev to continue being funneled into Volodymyr Zelensky's meat grinder. And Russia is not going to tolerate it.

"No instructor involved in training the Ukrainian military has immunity," announced Moscow spokesman Dmitry Peskov. "It doesn't matter whether they're French or not."

Back in February, French President Emmanuel Macron hinted at the possibility of sending French troops to Ukraine to fight. He described the situation as "dynamic" while explaining that nothing could be ruled out of the war equation.

All of this is taking place as Great Britain readies to send 1,000 first-person view drones to Ukraine to try to help the Zelensky regime win against Russia. The £300,000 scheme involves sending 15 separate batches of 20 "first-person view racing quadcopter style drones" to Kiev in installments.

Russia warns U.S. against "fatal" miscalculation in Ukraine

For the first time since Washington lifted a ban on Kyiv using American weapons inside Russia, Ukraine also reportedly fired American weapons at Belgorod, this according to Russian sources.

Ukraine is said to have fired the M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System, also known as HIMARS, at the Russia-bordered Ukrainian city, this according to Russian defense ministry and military bloggers.

All of these Western actions against Russia are futile, according to Moscow, which warned the U.S. against what it described as a "fatal" miscalculation in Ukraine.

Russia appears confident that it will win this war, but then again so appears the West, at least rhetorically. The fact that Western powers have to continue funneling weapons, money and men into Ukraine to replace all the used, spent and slaughtered ones suggests things are not going so well for Russia's haters.

President Biden made it clear this week that Ukraine has not been authorized by Washington to use U.S.-supplied missiles to attack targets deep within Russia. Why, then, is his regime continuing to send them?

Biden already said that Kiev can carry out cross-border strikes on Russian soil, just so long as they are in closer range to Ukraine's borders – but what did he think would happen in the long run?

In an interview with ABC News, Biden stated that Kiev can only launch U.S.-supplied missiles "in proximity to the border when they [Russian weapons] are being used on the other side of the border to attack specific targets in Ukraine.

"We're not authorizing strikes 200 miles into Russia and we're not authorizing strikes on Moscow, on the Kremlin," Biden stated.

Last year around this time, Russia accused Ukraine of trying to attack Moscow. Two Ukrainian drones reportedly tried, only to be neutralized by Russian forces. This failed attack was interpreted as being an "assassination attempt" on Putin.

"I have never seen this world so hellbent on war," one commenter at RT wrote about the escalating situation.

"Washington has already attacked the Kremlin," suggested another.

"The U.S. has made its worst historical mistake when confronting Russia," said another. "Biden has made decisions that will bring suffering to Americans and who knows if the next administration will be able to repair them."
