The colonel reportedly confronted the men, one of whom was, according to the colonel, using a "telephoto lens" to take "photos of his children." An altercation then broke out that resulted in the colonel shooting and killing one of the Chechens.
The incident, which occurred on May 3, received coverage from Fox News, which reported that the two Chechens were "taking photos" from outside the colonel's home.
"Our law enforcement partners at the Moore County Sheriff's Office contacted the FBI after a shooting death in Carthage," the news outlet reported. "A special agent met with investigators and provided a linguist to assist with a language barrier for interviews."
Sheriff Ronnie Fields said his department received a call about at least one individual who was "observed taking photographs on the property and had become aggressive towards a resident outside their home."
"The deceased was found approximately 250 yards from the roadway along a powerline on the residential property," Fields continued in a statement.

According to Fox, special operations soldiers like the one involved in this strange encounter are increasingly seeing "strange interactions" and "suspicious surveillance of them and their families." Some believe these are foreign spy programs in action.
In this case, one of these alleged spies, 35-year-old Ramzan Daraev, ended up dead as a result. Daraev worked as a subcontractor for Utilities One, though at the time of the incident he "was not in possession of any utility equipment, utility clothing, or identification."
Intelligence sources that spoke to the media say that "power company employment is often a cover for status / action," meaning they use the power company front as part of their spy cloak.

While the Fort Liberty incident remains a mystery, we know that the person killed was an illegal alien from Russia who was equipped with an advanced telephoto lens. How did this happen, and who hired this person to do this?
It would seem as though there is probably a whole lot more to this story than what the media is reporting. How the private photo op turned violent remains unknown, unless there are further details that are not being reported.
"Moore County is the location of the recent substation attack," wrote a commenter at Zero Hedge about the incident. "There was a substation attack in the NW that has been portrayed as accidental: 'The single-engine plane crashed into power lines in the city of Independence, OR shortly before 5 p.m. local time, knocking out power and sparking a brush fire. Killed in the crash were the plane's pilot, 35-year-old Mohammad Hussain Musawi of Independence, and passengers Mohammad Bashir Safdari, 35, of Independence and Ali Jan Ferdawsi, 29, of Salem, Oregon.'"
"There have also been 2 other recent NC incidents that involved known terrorists, of course illegals. Reporting is sparse."
Unless U.S. immigration law is enforced, the southern border will continue to allow easy passage for illegals. Learn more at InvasionUSA.news.
