20 Combat-ready FBI agents raid a “J6 protester” who merely entered Capitol’s open door

President Joe Biden’s administration seems to be further confirming that its "surveilling eyes" are all on Jan. 6 protesters as about 20 Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents, who were dressed in tactical "SWAT" gear, recently raided the home of a peaceful protester, who in 2021, just entered the open doors of the Capitol.

Los Angeles-based actor and J6er Siaka Massaquoi was charged with a misdemeanor but recently, Big Brother Biden's intelligence team went after him because of his online "associations" on "a social media app," according to the law enforcement source. He was jailed overnight and hauled into a courtroom the next day. He was released on his own recognizance after posting a $1,000 bond.

After the incident, Massaquoi posted on social media: "I did nothing wrong on the 6th … did nothing violent." Videos posted on social media from Jan. 6 showed him inside the Capitol building. He worked for the satire website Babylon Bee and the media company Daily Wire and played bit roles on various shows.

Critics questioned why the government went after someone who did not incite violence during their alleged "riot" almost three years ago. They traced it to his anti-Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine protest previously. He filmed himself at an anti-vaccine protest in late January at Dodger Stadium. Authorities shut down the vaccination site as a precaution. (Related: Whistleblower: Air marshals ordered to SHADOW individuals who flew to DC during J6, leaving commercial travelers at risk.)

In the Instagram video, Massaquoi said "A lot of us are passionate," speaking of those who support former President Donald Trump. He advised watchers to remove their children from public schools, but "If you want to keep them in there, run for school board so you can control what happens." Since Jan. 6, many Trump supporters have turned their energy to local political races. He also played a prominent role in the movement to recall California Governor Gavin Newsom. In a video posted in late December 2022, he urged local businesses to "take back California" and open up on Jan. 1. He further claimed that "tyrannical lockdowns" were not supported by data and science.

"It's pretty obvious why he's considered public enemy #1 and why the regime is intent on destroying him and making an example of him to deter others from dissenting against the regime," Revolver News commented. "The current issue is that when you swim against the tide, you're frequently treated as though you were a domestic terrorist."

Meanwhile, 42-year-old Brian Burks, who has the same address as Massaquoi in North Hollywood, was said to be detained as well by federal authorities, his ex-wife Luvelle Mendoza confirmed. She said that their two sons, ages three and seven, were home when it was raided. "My heart breaks," Mendoza said. "They had to see the big guns and I just think, I wasn't there to console them."

Massaquoi was prosecuted because he supported Trump

Entrepreneur Seth Dillon and Big Tech mogul Elon Musk agree that this politicizing "has gone too far." "If you've watched our 'Californians Move to Texas' series, then you're already familiar with Siaka," Dillon wrote. "But he isn't just a talented actor… he also happens to be a Trump supporter. And he's being punished for it by our government. This political persecution can't be allowed to continue."

The Orange County Register's editorial writer Susan Shelley agreed. She pointed out that if the actor posed a threat to the United States, it seems very unlikely that he'd be charged only with misdemeanors, that he would be released on his recognizance, and that it would take the FBI three full years to arrest him for his non-violent actions at the Capitol.

Admitting to having personally known Massaquoi, Shelley vouched that he is unlikely to be a threat, a charismatic former college football player and he wasn't afraid to stand up for his rights. She said that with the help of Freedom Watch's Larry Klayman, he sued the FBI and Director Christopher Wray in July 2021 after his home was raided the previous month by federal agents at 5:45 a.m. and his property seized, including his computer and cell phone. He was not arrested or charged at the time, and his property was not returned. He also already filed a "Bivens action" against the intelligence agency. It is a civil rights lawsuit for damages when a federal officer who is acting in the color of federal authority allegedly violates the U.S. Constitution.

Massaquoi's contention that his Fourth Amendment rights against unreasonable search and seizure were violated made it up to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. The judges accepted written briefs but canceled oral arguments. Then in August of this year, the case was dismissed, Shelley further reported.
