Mohsen Rezaee, the former commander of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, issued a cautionary statement hinting at the possibility of new fronts joining the ongoing conflict in Gaza.

Following the hijacking, Hizam al-Asad, a member of the Houthis' Supreme Political Council, warned Israel on his X account. "As long as they [Israel] insist on attacking us people in Gaza, they must use the path of the Cape of Good Hope,” he said.
