Leaked documents prove Biden’s ATF is involved in ‘aggressive’ push to shutter gun stores by any means necessary

Pro-Second Amendment group Gun Owners of America has managed to uncover a sinister plot hatched by Joe Biden's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives to target American gun stores and, in effect, back-door its way into de facto gun bans.

In 2021, the Biden administration introduced a "Zero Tolerance" policy for revoking the licenses of firearm sellers, known as Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs). The ATF has recently updated its "Federal Firearms Administrative Action Policy and Procedures" in accordance with this new policy.

Gun Owners of America obtained copies of both the updated ATF order, revised under the Biden Administration in January 2022, and the previous version that existed under the Trump Administration. Based on a review of the changes in the ATF's policy, it is apparent that the Biden administration is attempting to exploit the ATF's bureaucracy against the entire Second Amendment industry, the org noted in a news release.

Here are the documents:

2022 ATF O.5370.1E Federal ... by Houston Keene

The Biden Administration's new "Zero Tolerance" policy appears to be intentionally harsh on honest gun stores.

Between January and September of 2022, ATF field offices in Charlotte, Columbus, Houston, Louisville, New Orleans, and St. Paul have revoked licenses more frequently than issuing "warning conferences." These conferences are a less severe penalty, which the ATF manual states are necessary to evaluate the potential for compliance and identify any potential risks to public safety and firearm traceability.

In other words, the ATF's focus has shifted from regulating the gun industry to destroying it through any means possible under the Biden Administration. The administration seems to be trying to put as many gun dealers out of business as possible, resulting in the restriction of access to firearms.

The Zero Tolerance policy implemented by the Biden Administration has led to a minimum 200 percent increase in FFL revocations since its enactment. However, revoking a license is a time-consuming process, and this figure is expected to continue to rise, the news release noted further.

When comparing the Zero Tolerance policy to the ATF's prior policy, the significant increase in revocations suggests that the Biden Administration is taking a more aggressive stance against firearm sellers than the previous administration. The updated policy is focused on revoking licenses instead of using less severe penalties, such as "warning conferences," to achieve compliance. This approach is likely to have a more profound impact on the gun industry as a whole, the release said.

Compare with the previous guidance:

Zero Tolerance: "ATF will revoke a federal firearms license, absent extraordinary circumstances on initial violations."

Prior Guidance: "ATF may revoke a federal firearms license under appropriate circumstances based on an initial set of violations.

The regime's Zero Tolerance policy is using FFLs' history of good behavior and compliance with federal law against them. Even a single unintentional mistake following years of compliance may be used as proof of a so-called "willful" violation. If a gun store has a history of noncompliance, it is already in trouble. But now, even if it has a history of compliance, it is still in trouble because its violations are now suspect of being willful.

The Biden Administration's Zero Tolerance policy also serves a more nefarious purpose of eliminating gun stores. When an FFL goes out of business, it is required to send all its firearm transaction forms and other records to the ATF. As of November 2021, ATF has collected 920,664,765 of these records and turned them into an illegal national gun registry. Gun Owners of America has proven that 865,787,086 of these records are already in a digital, searchable, and centralized format, in violation of federal law.

"So, why does this matter? Because a Federal Firearms License can now be revoked for first offenses, many well intentioned gun stores (and their employees) are now guaranteed to lose their livelihoods if ATF decides to construe an innocent mistake as a 'willful' violation," the news release added.

Biden's handlers are hell-bent on banning as many guns as possible. But because of the Second Amendment, they can't do it outright, so they will go around the Constitution and federal courts and simply put gun stores out of business.
