In a statement on Wednesday, DeSantis called for Americans to start filing lawsuits against any and all physicians who perform transgender mutilation procedures on children, which seem to be all the rage in 2022.
"You don't disfigure 10, 12, 13-year-old kids based on gender dysphoria," DeSantis said – watch the video below of him speaking. (Related: DeSantis has also spoken out against covid "vaccines" for children, warning they are dangerous and unnecessary.)
"Eighty percent of it resolves anyway by the time they get older, so why would you be doing this? They want to castrate these young boys – that's wrong ... I think these doctors need to get sued for what's happening."

Biden regime transgender "Rachel" Levine wants more boys castrated
DeSantis' comments come as Assistant Health Secretary of the Biden regime "Rachel" Levine issues calls for more young boys to be chemically and surgically castrated to fill the ranks of the cult of LGBT.
Levine, a biological male who dresses like a frumpy older woman, is the Biden regime's poster child for transgenderism. Levine believes that there should be no debate about so-called "gender affirming care" – all children should be able to get it, "she" says.
"We really want to base our treatment and to affirm and to support and empower these youth, not to limit their participation in activities and sports and even limit their ability to get gender affirmation treatment in their state," Levine is quoted as saying.
According to Levine, slicing off children's sexual organs and permanently destroying their endocrine systems with puberty blockers and other hormone cocktails is both "lifesaving" and "medically necessary."
Levine added – watch below – that the transgender mutilation of children is "a critical tool for healthcare providers."

The only kind of "doctor" who would ever agree to destroy a precious innocent life using such an argument is the quack kind – or as one commenter put it, such doctors are "arrogant, sick-minded profiteers."
"There is no need for these 'doctors' to do this except that they like the money they make!" this person added about his opinion on the matter. "These 'doctors' are as mentally disturbed as the infamous Tony Fauci."
"Start pulling licenses!" responded another, echoing back to DeSantis and his call for ordinary Americans to take up this moral imperative before it is too late. "Prosecute ... then do the same with the parents!"
"Those filthy doctors who castrate boys, do so to honor their pagan gods who require eunuchs as slaves," wrote another, tapping further into the satanic elements of this ritual abuse of children. "Sue them, prosecute them, and throw them in the dungeons."
Someone else pointed out that Americans also need to start looking into the so-called "teachers" at public schools who are grooming children into wanting to destroy their own bodies in the first place.
"You cannot consent to sex when you're under a certain age by statute. Why should that same underage child be able to consent to operations to permanently mutilate, put themselves on hormones and end their natural condition for the rest of their lives?"
