"The American people never realize that they have been duped and deceived into becoming slaves and unwittingly working for the enemies in the U.S. government to use their own labor and money to destroy them. And what I'm trying to do is help people to stop that insanity," Mottahedeh told Dr. Lee Merritt during the March 30 episode of "Merritt Medical Hour" on Brighteon.TV.
The immigrant from Iran of Jewish descent learned about this truth way back in 1992, when he heard on a radio program in Los Angeles that there is no law requiring the average American to file and pay federal income tax.
"I went to one of their meetings. And I was just blown away that what they are saying is based on federal tax laws in the Internal Revenue Code and they were not making it up. And since then, I have not followed and paid any income tax for 29 years. I've had court battles and have beaten them in their own tax court. But I'm not in prison because they know I'm right," Mottahedeh said.
Mottahedeh pointed out that people don't know that America is not a country. He said America has 51 countries and these are the 50 States of the Union and the federal government of the District of Columbia.
Federal tax laws apply only to Washington D.C.
The Freedom Law School founder stated that the federal tax laws apply only to Washington D.C. and sometimes the Washington D.C. territories – not to the 50 states. He explained that when the U.S. is mentioned in the federal tax law books, it does not refer to the 50 states but only to the District of Columbia.
Merritt asked Mottahedeh if he sees any kind of major tax revolt happening where the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is going to come crashing down. Mottahedeh said the IRS is already collapsing on its own. He added that the IRS is the most corrupt, wasteful and inefficient agency in America and that it is beyond repair now.
The president of the Freedom Law School believes a general tax strike won't happen since most people have been brainwashed to think about it. Workers need to understand income tax code
Mottahedeh said workers need to understand the income tax code if they want to avoid income taxes. He added that his 30 years of experience studying the code and the "enemy" has enabled him to help people to live free.
The Jewish immigrant from Iran founded Freedom Law School in 1996 and it is known as one of the most successful organizations in the tax honesty movement. Freedom Law School also exposes the fact that the income tax is a huge fraud as there is no law that requires the average American to file and pay income taxes.
The Freedom Law School founder mentioned that he has been self-taught and has found, located and learned from the best freedom and legal people in the movements aside from having activists to help him out.
"I got all the best from the best people and I learned from them. And I did my own research on top of that and I was 29 years old when I got into all this in 1992," recalled Mottahedeh, who has put on their website live free.org a seven-step easy plan to live free of IRS deception, robbery and slavery.
Merritt also talked with Mottahedeh about the Let's Go Brandon Rally in Brandon, which is part of Tampa, Florida.
