Bledsoe was a third-party candidate in the senatorial race in the Palmetto State representing the Constitution Party; he eventually dropped out of the race and announced he would be backing Republican incumbent Lindsey Graham. Graham ultimately held on to his seat.
Bledsoe, who also serves as vice chairman of South Carolina’s Constitution Party, said that he thinks the upcoming intelligence report on the foreign threats to our election will point to interference by the Chinese Communist Party, something that many have long suspected, especially given their obvious preference to see Biden in office.
That report, which was due on December 18 but was delayed because the intelligence community was given relevant new information and further coordination was needed, is expected to be released next month.
CBS News Senior Investigative Correspondent Catherine Herridge has said that the DNI report will likely point to interference by not only China but also Iran and Russia.
In an interview with the Epoch Times, Bledsoe said he didn’t think that the allegations of election fraud would be investigated by the courts or lawmakers. This leaves just one option: the president handling the matter himself.
He said: "So we really only have one option, as far as I can see. President Trump, if he’s going to save our country, is going to have to use … military courts, military tribunals."
“President Trump’s the only one with the courage to do it, to do anything at all.”
The president has the power to order military tribunals to try members of enemy forces during times of war, and Bledsoe said that the CCP’s interference with our elections is very much an attack on the country. “It’s a war that no bullets are going to be fired,” he said. “It’s an electronic war.”
If the President does declare the election an act of warfare against the U.S., he could invoke military authority to nullify the election, as Natural News has reported.
President Trump has already dismissed the possibility of declaring martial law, and his legal adviser has rejected the notion of invoking the Insurrection Act.
However, the president recently floated the concept of appointing special counsel to investigate election fraud.
In a Twitter post on December 23, Trump wrote: "After seeing the massive Voter Fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election, I disagree with anyone that thinks a strong, fast, and fair Special Counsel is not needed, IMMEDIATELY.”
"This was the most corrupt election in the history of our Country, and it must be closely examined!” he added.
The president’s personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, has said that he is in possession of more than 1,000 sworn affidavits from people alleging wrongdoing and that it is enough to overturn the election. Giuliani is leading the effort to challenge the results of the election, which the Trump campaign has said was the result of a “national conspiracy” put in motion by Democrats.
We do know that the Dominion Voting systems used in many states are owned and controlled by foreign entities, and that their electronic information was sent to foreign countries such as Germany, Spain, Canada and Serbia. The system was set up with influencing elections in mind, and it is full of vulnerabilities. The evidence of wrongdoing in this election is simply too great to ignore.
