It's almost undeniable at this point that novel coronavirus is a genetically engineered bioweapon that was produced in China's only BSL-4 – which just so happens to be in Wuhan, the epicenter of the novel coronavirus outbreak. And whether or not it escaped on accident or on purpose is beside the point because Big Pharma is already feverishly developing a vaccine for it – or perhaps this vaccine already exists?
In Boyle's view, both the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) are criminal organizations that have repeatedly been complicit in covertly developing biological weapons. And by the looks of it, novel coronavirus is no different.
"A BSL-4 is the most serious type" of bioweapons lab, Boyle explains, adding that such facilities are often used to develop biological weapons with DNA genetic engineering.
"So, it does seem to me that the Wuhan BSL-4 is the source of the coronavirus," he adds. "My guess is that they were researching S.A.R.S., and they weaponize it further by giving it a gain of function properties, which means it could be more lethal."

Novel coronavirus now has a fatality rate of around 15 percent, according to Boyle
As it turns out, and as we also reported, there was a scientist by the name of Dr. Peng Zhou, Ph.D., who had been working at this BSL-4 lab in Wuhan on projects involving highly communicable diseases and bats, which is the official source of novel coronavirus, according to health authorities.
Putting two and two together, it would appear as though novel coronavirus was some kind of experiment gone wrong – or perhaps right, if it was intentional – and that the establishment is now trying to play cleanup in preventing the full truth about what happened from going public.
We also know that, compared to S.A.R.S. (severe acute respiratory syndrome), novel coronavirus is already much more deadly, which makes it a potentially much more significant threat than previous global outbreaks.
"The latest report now [says] it's a 15 percent fatality rate, which is more than S.A.R.S. at 83 percent infection rate," Boyle is quoted as saying about novel coronavirus.
"A typical gain of function travels in the air, so it could reach out maybe six feet or more from someone emitting a sneeze or a cough. Likewise, this is a specially designated WHO research lab."
As for a vaccine, Boyle says it's already been developed, or at the very least patented, by the Pirbright Institute in Great Britain.
Partially funded by billionaire "philanthropist" Bill Gates, the Pirbright Institute is directly connected the United Kingdom's own biological warfare program, and Boyle is of the persuasion that there's already a vaccine and some people may have already received it.
"You can't patent a vaccine with the United States patent office unless the science is there. So, there is a vaccine," he says.
"Everyone's lying about that, no one's pointing this out – there's a vaccine but instead Big Pharma wants to make money and the researchers say, well, it'll take three months and we're racing forward, you know. Everyone's going to make a buck off of this, that's for sure."
