After allegedly being called by the wrong name while eating at a restaurant, Cuomo flipped a switch and began hurling vulgarities at the man in question, reportedly using the F-word at least two dozen times to try to make his point.
In the footage, which was published to YouTube by an "independent media journalist" called "That's the Point with Brandon," Cuomo is seen and heard blowing up at the Trump supporter, challenging him to a fight for daring to call Cuomo "Fredo," which was the nickname used in The Godfather to describe the disgraced Fredo Corleone character.
According to Cuomo, Fredo is an anti-Italian ethnic slur on par with the N-word, which is used in a derogatory fashion to describe black people.
"Fredo is from The Godfather," Cuomo is heard yelling at the man, as he tries to make the case that only "punk a** b****es" call him that. "He was that weak brother. And they use it as an Italian aspersion," Cuomo went on to howl.
The vulgar footage, which should certainly only be viewed by adults with discretion, is available for viewing on Twitter.
"It's an insult to your f***ing people," Cuomo added during his tirade against the Trump supporter, who admitted to being part Italian. "It's like the N-word for us. Is that a cool f***ing thing?"

CNN, the corporation, was quick to issue a public statement of support for Cuomo, despite his display of extreme mental instability and psychopathy. CNN spokesman Matt Dornic announced that Cuomo, who apparently believes that unborn human babies aren't actually human, had simply "defended himself when he was verbally attacked with the use of an ethnic slur in an orchestrated setup."
"We completely support him," Dornic went on to state.
CNN legal analyst Elie Honig offered a similar statement of support, contending that the Trump supporter's alleged use of the name Fredo when referring to Cuomo was an "ethnic slur," and thus made it completely okay for Cuomo to blow up at the man and threaten extreme violence.
"I defend every d*** word he says here," Honig indicated in support of Cuomo's completely unprofessional display.
President Trump even chimed in on the matter, asking on Twitter whether Cuomo should be given a "Red Flag" – referring to the proposed red flag laws that Democrats want to see passed as an affront to the Second Amendment – for "his recent rant."
"Filthy language and a total loss of control," Trump went on to write. "He shouldn't be allowed to have any weapon. He's nuts!"
All of this virtue signaling by CNN talking heads means absolutely nothing, though, considering that CNN's own Ana Navarro called Donald Trump Jr. "Fredo" back in January. And amazingly, the official "Cuomo Prime Time" twitter account actually promoted it publicly.
In other words, the left is once again guilty of being faux outraged over something that it did first to one of the president's children, though nobody batted an eye when CNN did it. But now that some random Trump supporter allegedly did it, it is suddenly a "verbal attack" by a "fascist" that has to be condemned by CNN over, and over, and over, and over again because "Orange Man Bad."
