A report published by Project Veritas on Monday notes that internal documents leaked to the organization show that a Google employee and member of the tech giant’s “transparency-and-ethics” group called Peterson, Prager, Ben Shapiro, and other leading conservative voices “Nazis.”
As Breitbart News noted, the email document comes from internal communications within Google’s “transparency-and-ethics” group and strongly suggests that any content that PragerU, Peterson, and Shapiro publish ought to be removed from the “suggestion feature.”
Censored, in other words. And the speaker silenced. Just the opposite of the kind of communications in an open society our founders envisioned and provided for us via the First Amendment.
One Google employee named Liam Hopkins states, “…if we understand that PragerU, Jordan Peterson, Ben Shapiro et al are nazis using the dog whistles…” In addition, Hopkins further recommends following up with another Google employee’s suggestion who is named Meredith: “I don’t think correctly identifying far-right content is beyond our capabilities. But if it is, why not go with Meredith’s suggestion of disabling the suggestion feature?” (Related: Project Veritas bombshell reveals that GOOGLE has done more to ‘meddle’ in U.S. elections than Russia ever did: Will there be charges?)
Breitbart News noted further:
Following the publication of an undercover video of Google executive Jen Gennai stating that the company was working to prevent another “Trump situation” after the 2016 election; the executive stated in a Medium blog post: “Google has repeatedly been clear that it works to be a trustworthy source of information, without regard to political viewpoint. In fact, Google has no notion of political ideology in its rankings.” Yet here we see Google employees discussing doing exactly that.
It needs to be said: One of the characteristics of the early National Socialist Party — the Nazis — in Germany was the growing presence throughout the 1930s of the “Brownshirts” — party members who wore characteristic uniforms and carried out campaigns of terror (and censorship, including mass book burnings) against those who did not believe in, or conform to, their ideology.
As noted by History Hit: “The SA — Sturmabteilung, meaning ‘assault division’ — also known as the Brownshirts or Storm Troopers, was a violent paramilitary group attached to the Nazi Party in pre-World War Two Germany.”
Specifically, “Brownshirts are infamous for their operation outside of the law and their violent intimidation of Germany’s leftists and Jewish population.”
And while they played a diminished role in German society as the 1930s ended and the 1940s brought about war, their tactics have been adopted and used by Left-wing authoritarians in regimes since, all around the world.
In the U.S., Antifa, anarchists, and other violent Left-wing groups associated with the Democrat Party are the new ‘brownshirts.’ And Google is this movement’s technology division. Like Hitler’s Brownshirts used violence to intimidate and book burnings to censor ‘unapproved’ content, Leftists who own and operate the largest tech companies have adopted similar tactics.
Google execs don’t burn books in the street, but they write and employ artificial intelligence-powered programs to ‘burn’ conservative and pro-Trump content off their platform. And while they may not be in your face, they are still using political intimidation tactics by banning content and punishing conservative thinkers, writers, news outlets and speakers simply because they disagree with (more like hate) their points of view.
Needless to say, Google officials are denying what we all have heard with our own ears and seen with our own eyes. But election meddling is occurring, and it’s time the Trump administration acted on it.
