A high-ranking official from the Department of Justice (DoJ) recently came forward to explain that the "most important portions of the investigation" were concluded all the way back in August 2018 – months before the midterms. This same official says that Rod Rosenstein had already been briefed at this point, and that it was "common gossip and well-known" that Trump was not guilty, and that the investigation was in the process of coming to a close.
"This was well known by late summer," another higher Justice Department official is reported to have said about Mueller's investigation, which needlessly dragged on for years in order to shroud Trump's presidency in suspicion and distrust among the public. "(Andrew) Weissmann was frustrated there wasn't anything substantive to use against Trump so he wanted to put his son (Trump Jr.) under the microscope."
Five months later, and Mueller announced to the world what the vast majority of conservatives and other cognitive humans knew all along: That there was no collusion, and that this Democrat-led witch hunt against our sitting president was purely political, and entirely fraudulent.
"Mueller sat on his team's intelligence that cleared Trump of any and all allegations involving Russia and colluding or working with Russia to facilitate the defeat of Hillary Clinton," reveals True Pundit. "And likewise, Rosenstein and former Attorney General Jeff Sessions also did not push for Mueller to release the results of his team's probe."

Further commenting on what is now perhaps the biggest political hoax in American history, Andrew C. McCarthy, a senior fellow at the National Review Institute and contributing editor for the National Review, wrote in a piece for Fox News about how Mueller et al. likely knew that President Trump was innocent from the very beginning, long before the 2018 midterms.
"When Special Counsel Mueller closed his investigation last week, he almost certainly knew for about a year and a half that there was no collusion case," writes McCarthy. "Indeed, the indictments that he did bring appeared to preclude the possibility that the Trump campaign conspired with the Kremlin."
In other words, the whole thing was a treasonous fraud from the start, a gross abuse of our nation's justice system, and a shameful waste of precious taxpayer dollars. It's no secret that Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) runs deep among the Left, fueling an endless hatefest against the President and his supporters. But the "Russian collusion" conspiracy theory takes the cake, truly embodying the Constitutional concept of enemies both foreign and domestic.
"The Justice Department and the special counsel made no announcement, no interim finding of collusion, as Trump detractors continued to claim that a sitting American president might be a tool of the Putin regime," McCarthy adds. "For month after month, the president was forced to govern under a cloud of suspicion ... Why?"
Don't forget that not only was Hillary Clinton's camp involved with this treasonous hoax, but so was Obama's – hence the need for a second Special Counsel to investigate the treasonous collusion of the first one.
