The New York Post reported that a government official briefed on the deadly Amtrack crash in Washington state says that the derailment may have been caused by an object intentionally placed on the track:
A preliminary investigation suggests maintenance problems are unlikely to blame because the incident took place on brand-new tracks, the official told The Associated Press on condition of anonymity.
As of this writing, at least six people were killed, but health officials expect the death toll to rise after several of the Amtrak 501 cars left the track, with some spilling over a bridge railing onto busy U.S. Interstate 5 below.
PJ Media’s Debra Heine reported that “ISIS shouldn’t be the only terrorist group under suspicion” for the derailment. She went on to point out that last April, the anarchist group “It’s Going Down” bragged online about sabotaging railroad tracks in the Pacific Northwest in order to block fracking equipment from reaching its destination (because, you know, having cheap energy and a booming economy isn’t something that anarchists really support).
Since Monday’s derailment, however, the group deleted the post, Heine noted further, perhaps as a means of hiding its responsibility.
It’s Going Down’s initial claim of sabotaging railroad tracks was supported by a Twitter account called “Official Antifa,” which tweeted June 28: “Here we endorse crimes like pouring concrete on train tracks. We also include a how-to video at bottom of article.”

On April 20, under the headline, “Puget Sound Anarchists,” It’s Going Down published this:
Early in the morning of April 20th we poured concrete on the train tracks that lead out of the Port of Olympia to block any trains from using the tracks. We took precautions to notify BNSF (the train company) - we called them and we used wires to send a signal that the tracks were blocked. We did this not to avoid damaging a train, nothing would bring bigger grins to our faces, but to avoid the risk of injuring railway workers.
This action was done to disrupt the movement of trains carrying proppants used in natural gas fracturing. These train tracks are part of a system of pipelines, fracking wells, mines, clearcuts, control centers, fiberoptics, dams, highways and factories that cover the planet and are physical manifestations of a process that is destroying the ecosystems, cultures, and inhabitants everywhere.
The same Puget Sound group claimed “solidarity” with rail sabotage near Medford, Oregon in November, The Gateway Pundit reported. Naturally, the post was submitted “anonymously,” because, well, anarchists are cowards.
It’s a safe bet that U.S. intelligence agencies and the Department of Homeland Security — along with the portion of the FBI that hasn’t been politically corrupted by Barack Obama — are aware of this group and its threats.
It’s also a safe bet that U.S. authorities are investigating the possible terrorism angle to Monday’s derailment. (Related: FINALLY: FBI launching terrorism probe into Antifa criminals.)
But what’s not clear is just how far these idiots are prepared to go in order to push their warped, dangerous agenda. Because if Antifa or Antifa-aligned groups are responsible for Monday’s derailment, they just crossed a big, fat, red line that makes them fair game for the rest of us who love our country and who want nothing more than to help the Trump administration bring them to justice.
We can’t have Alt-Left terrorist idiots sabotaging trains or destroying other infrastructure sectors. So if that’s what happened, all of us who love our country have an obligation to help find them and bring them to justice.
