Not only would it be silly to assume that vaccines are perfect, it would go against all available facts about vaccines. The United States government has created a system for people who are harmed by vaccines, so they can report these events, and even make claims via a court system so families can receive financial restitution for their suffering.
But vaccines are harmless, right? Yet, the government has paid out over $3 billion in awards and legal fees for families and persons that have been affected by vaccine damage between the years of 1989 and 2015. In total, 3,937 cases have resulted in the awarding of financial compensation via the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP).
And those are just the ones who managed to convince the court that a vaccine damaged their child or themselves. Nearly 10,000 people have had their cases dismissed by the court. This is unsurprising, because as you might imagine, it can be difficult to convince the court. Very difficult.
As Robert Moxley, a former vaccine attorney, writes, "From the passing of the legislation in 1986, the process has been rigged, one major step at a time, in favor of the vaccine-industrial complex." As Moxley goes on to explain, the VICP protects the vaccine industry, rather than the humans harmed by their inoculations. In "vaccine court," a "special master" is appointed to review the medical records and make a recommendation to the court. The process, at its time of inception, was supposed to take no more than 240 days -- less than a full year. However, the VICP grew into something else entirely. Moxley writes that no decision made by the court sets a precedent for future cases, and that the program now takes years to reach a conclusion for a single case. "The injuries continue, and awards continue to be made, practically in secret," he states. The VICP system is severely flawed, and few parents that make claims for their vaccine-injured children ever see any kind of financial restitution awarded. As Moxley notes, as the cases of vaccine injury continued to pile up, the government, rather than hold manufacturers accountable, chose to revise their standards for claims regarding vaccine injuries -- making it all the more difficult for claims to pass through the system.
To put it simply, there are many reasons why so few people have been able to achieve compensation for their vaccine injuries, but the dismissal of a case does not mean no vaccine damage occurred: It simply means that the parties involved were unable to satisfy the court or their claims did not meet the stringent parameters prescribed by the VICP.
When looking at the ingredients in vaccines, it comes as no surprise that so many people are harmed by them. For example, many vaccines contain aluminum adjuvants that can be damaging to the human brain -- especially the developing brains of children. Vaccine adjuvants serve to essentially stoke the immune system; its equivalent to poking a beehive with a stick. Unsurprisingly, this can come with consequences -- like the onset of autoimmune diseases and neurological disorders.
To put it simply: Vaccines have harmed thousands of children over the years, and it's not that hard to figure out why. It is also easy to buy into comforting lies, as so many people seem to do when it comes to vaccines.
