Governor Jerry Brown mandates a mass medical vaccine experiment on blacks by signing SB 277 into law... total violation of medical ethics... brings back Tuskegee era medical crimes

(NaturalNews) Governor Jerry Brown now goes down in history as the first person to legalize a state-wide medical vaccine experiment on blacks. He signed SB 277 into law today, reawakening the era of Tuskegee's medical experiments against blacks while invoking the same twisted justifications as Tuskegee: It's for "public health!"

In this pharmaceutical-funded sellout of his own citizens, Governor Jerry "Tuskegee" Brown also openly violates the American Medical Association's own Code of Medical Ethics which says that patients, not government, should have the final say on medical interventions. And this from a Democrat Governor who claims to support "choice!" When it comes to injecting your children with toxic, brain-damaging vaccines laced with mercury, aluminum, formaldehyde and MSG, Jerry Brown has no hesitation in stripping away that choice, making parents obedient slaves to the California medical police state.

With this decision, Gov. Brown knowingly and disproportionately places black children at risk of permanent damage from vaccines, as explained below using the public confession of the CDC's own top scientist!

Gov. Brown believes it is the rightful place of a domineering government to enslave blacks in a profit-driven medical cartel that routinely damages children while denying any responsibility for doing so. Mandatory vaccination policies clearly violate the medical system's own codes of conduct and ethics. As the AMA's own Code of Medical Ethics states:

The patient should make his or her own determination about treatment... Informed consent is a basic policy in both ethics and law that physicians must honor, unless the patient is unconscious or otherwise incapable of consenting and harm from failure to treat is imminent.

The AMA's Code of Medical Ethics statement further states that patients possess a "right of self-decision" and that this right can only be effectively exercised "if the patient possesses enough information to enable an informed choice." As I explained in this Natural News article:

Nearly all vaccinations are carried out in direct violation of this medical code of ethics because patients are almost never handed vaccine insert sheets, and the very real risks of vaccination are almost never explained to anyone. In fact, virtually the entire medical establishment operates in a state of total denial that any vaccine risks exist at all. This, too, is a striking violation of the AMA's code of ethics.

It is also an outright abandonment of all logic and medical reality, as every medical intervention comes with some level of risk, even if that risk is small. It is not zero, as is routinely and repeatedly claimed by vaccine fanatics.

Because SB 277 seeks to remove the right of refusal for vaccines, its enforcement would directly violate the AMA's code of medical ethics as well as the greater principles of medical choice and human rights. This total violation of ethics is perfectly fine with California State Senator Richard Pan, a paid-off puppet of the pharmaceutical industry who seems to relish the thought of more children being maimed by vaccines. Such gross violations of ethics are also completely acceptable to other heartless vaccine pushers like the widely hated Paul Offit, who earns royalty kickbacks from drug companies on vaccines sales.

The question the black community must now pose to Jerry Brown is: Who will PAY for all the medical costs of babies who are damaged by vaccines?

SB 277 is a medical crime against blacks

The total violation of medical ethics isn't the only problem with SB 277, a law that California's corrupt politicians only passed after receiving huge donations (i.e. "bribes") from drug companies.

The law also forces African-American babies to be subjected to a genetically heightened risk of autism, a fact admitted by top CDC researcher Dr. William Thompson.

As only the independent media has dared to report, Dr. Thompson publicly confessed to taking part in scientific fraud at the CDC which sought to hide the link between vaccines and a heightened risk of autism in young black boys.

Instead of trying to make vaccines safer, the corrupt, criminally run CDC -- a racketeering organization with ties to fugitive science criminals like Poul Thorsen -- buried the scientific data and denied any link between autism and vaccines.

In the years since, countless young black males have been made autistic by vaccines, all while the government and CDC continue to knowingly hide such links from the black community. Not only do medically racist pharma puppets like Jerry Brown refuse to protect black children from the damage caused by vaccines; they also refuse to even WARN the black community that such genetically heightened medical risks exist! The big lie from Brown, Pan and others is, "Oh don't worry, there's no risk at all. Line up to get your babies injected!"

What they don't tell you is the truth about babies like Bently Stratton, a six-month-old baby who died after receiving many of the same vaccines now mandated by Gov. Brown. Vaccine exceptions are made for predominantly WHITE families!

To add insult to all this, guess which children are more able to achieve exemptions from these dangerous vaccine mandates? Children who are home schooled.

And who is most likely to be home schooled? Children of the economic upper class. Meanwhile, those who cannot afford for one parent to quit a job and school their own children at home must, by law, subject their children to the vaccine insults now required to attend school.

In other words, a single-parent black family with a working mom and a child at home has no options other than total surrender to Gov. Brown's mandatory vaccine experiment on blacks.

This law not only disproportionately targets black children due to their genetic predisposition to vaccine damage; it also disproportionately punishes low-income families by denying them the same exemption options available to wealthier families!

How's that for social justice from a Democrat governor who ridiculously claims to support the black community?

Black America awakening to the "Vaccine Tuskegee experiment" now being run in California

In response to all this, the sleeping giant of black America is waking up to the truth about vaccine medical crimes against blacks.

In an article entitled African-American community rages against SB 277 and the Tuskegee-like crimes of mandatory vaccines that destroy black babies' lives, I write:

An entire generation of black babies now suffers under the vaccine injury side effects that the CDC has known about but has willfully hidden from the world in order to protect vaccine profits, all while black children suffer from autism caused by vaccines! ... The sleeping giant of the African-American community has awakened against the crimes of the vaccine profiteers and their relentless destruction of young black lives.

African-American minister Tony Muhammad drew a line in the sand against the corrupted vaccine industry and its genocidal agenda, saying, "Could this be a bill to destroy our boy babies? And I'm letting you know that the black community, we are not going to stand by and let another Tuskegee experiment happen again!"

And I'm here to warn, particularly those black elected officials that we sent up here... that in South Central Los Angeles, in two weeks, we will be having a tribunal meeting, and we're going to bring our black politicians who vote for this vaccine bill... we will bring them up on charges of treason.

Not only is this being heard in California, we intend to take a million people to Atlanta, Georgia. And we will stand before the CDC, and asking them, we must hear from Dr. Thompson and his findings on this vaccine shot.

I thank you for allowing us to be a part of this noble cause. And I'm telling you, in the name of God, we gonna win!

These babies are our future. And you must know what you're shooting into the bodies of our babies. And this is why Jesus wanted to protect the children, so he would say, suffer the little children unto me. We will never allow the vaccine makers to take advantage of our children who can't speak for themselves. So I say to you, let us stay united! And let us say NO to SB 277! I stand with America's black community on the issue of "Vaccine Tuskegee" experiments that harm black children

As I see the march of elitist police state medicine against blacks, I've come to increasingly understand the plight of those who are systematically oppressed, threatened and even murdered by the system.

While I can't ever quite say that I know what it's like to walk in the shoes of a black man -- because I'm obviously white, and I've never faced the same experiences as a black man -- I am fully aware of the history of the FBI death squads that targeted blacks, the FBI's attempts to threaten MLK into committing suicide, and the long history of the government-funded medical establishment (including the NIH) using blacks for their heinous medical experiments.

The vaccine industry's most celebrated scientist, Dr. Jonas Salk, was actually a criminal-minded scientist who conducted illicit medical experiments on mental patients. And vaccine pushers celebrate this maniac as a pioneer!

Jerry Brown would approve of all such experiments, as he's just signed another one into law, unleashing yet another medical horror which will go down in history as a crime against humanity and blacks in particular. From now on, we have to start calling him "Governor Jerry 'Tuskegee' Brown."

Gov. Brown guilty of committing modern medical experiments on millions of blacks

SB 277, of course, isn't only a state-sponsored mandatory medical experiment being run on black children; it's also an attack on parental rights and children of all races.

Today, California Governor Jerry Brown has declared to the world that he will gladly feed all children into the vaccine grinder, knowing that many will be permanently damaged, and knowing that those families have no legal recourse whatsoever because Big Pharma was granted absolute legal immunity against its defective products.

In other words, while the state requires that black families have their children vaccinated, when those children are permanently brain damaged and made autistic, that black family must bear the lifelong financial burden, with no help from the very same state that forced this unsafe medical intervention upon them.

Shame on Gov. Brown. Actually, "shame" isn't a strong enough word for it. His actions go beyond merely violating the rights of the People. He has engaged in what can only be called a medical crime against African-Americans -- a crime that stands as just one more heinous violation in a long line of such attacks on blacks throughout American history.

The state flag of California now becomes a symbol of the medical oppression of blacks

We've had a lot of talk about flags in America lately, culminating with the banishment of the Confederate flag from the national memory. Yet in its place, we now have Gov. Brown positioning the California state flag as a new symbol of medical tyranny against blacks.



This state flag now symbolizes the vaccine industry-promoted assault on black Americans by California's medically racist bigots. Remember this flag. It means no children are safe from the "bear" of the medical predators. The flag would more accurately be updated now with the image of a vaccine-damaged black baby in the jaws of the bear.



Gov. Brown's medical experimentation on African-Americans is not only inhumane, it's also intolerable. I can only hope that California's African-American community rises up in protest against this heinous and evil aggression against their children. It's time to recall Gov. Brown from office and pursue all available means of legal recourse against this selling out of the People to the financial interests of Big Pharma.

As Tony Muhammad resoundingly expressed in his speech on this matter, "And I'm here to warn, particularly those black elected officials that we sent up here... that in South Central Los Angeles, in two weeks, we will be having a tribunal meeting, and we're going to bring our black politicians who vote for this vaccine bill... we will bring them up on charges of treason."
