Gun grabbers are the most violent people of all, history shows

(NaturalNews) Throughout history some of the most sadistic, depraved and violent global leaders were most notable for, of all things, their imposition of strict gun control, but President Obama, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, Piers Morgan and others will never admit it because doing does not support their political anti-gun agendas.

I know why Obama, Cuomo, NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg and others in positions of power want to restrict and ban American guns: they want control, and you can better control the masses when they are unarmed or, at least, under-armed. And make no mistake about it, Obama would love to be able to govern unopposed. During a trip to Burma just days after winning reelection, Obama said in a speech:

Now, on other hand, as President, I cannot just impose my will on Congress -- the Congress of the United States -- even though sometimes I wish I could.

This president may be about ready to do just that, and trample the Second Amendment in the process, through executive fiat - as Vice President Joe Biden warned recently.

"The President is going to act. There are executive orders, there's executive action that can be taken," Biden told reporters in Washington. "We haven't decided what that is yet."

They deserve protection - but you don't

So it's clear Obama wants gun control and that he wants it because it equals people control.

But I've no idea why pundits, academics and journalists would play the role of useful idiot and stump for any public policy that a) is patently unconstitutional (imagine if politicians called for limits on their First Amendment rights); b) punishes the 99.9 percent of innocent gun-owning Americans; and c) leaves the populace at the mercy of their leaders.

And indeed, it's that last point which should be the focus of any discussion of gun bans and gun control going forward - because there are literally tens of millions of people around the world who have been murdered and victimized throughout history because they permitted their leaders to disarm them.

Mass murder of unarmed victims

Here are some of the most notorious among them, as noted by firearms instructor Paul Howe recently:

-- In 1929, the Soviet Union established gun control. From 1929 to 1953, about 20 million dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

-- In 1911, Turkey established gun control. From 1915 to 1917, 1.5 million Armenians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

--Germany established gun control in 1938 and from 1939 to 1945, a total of 13 million Jews and others who were unable to defend themselves were rounded up and exterminated.

-- China established gun control in 1935. From 1948 to 1952, 20 million political dissidents, unable to defend themselves were rounded up and exterminated.

-- Guatemala established gun control in 1964. From 1964 to 1981, 100,000 Mayan Indians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

-- Uganda established gun control in 1970. From 1971 to 1979, 300,000 Christians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

-- Cambodia established gun control in 1956. From 1975 to 1977, one million educated people, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

In all, defenseless people rounded up and exterminated in the 20th Century because of gun control: 56 million.

When the idiots are no longer useful

And these are just populations that were oppressed and murdered because governments took firearms away; in medieval times, entire populations were oppressed and murdered because they were deprived of arms of any and all types by ruthless warlords, kings and other leaders.

"In the end I believe that guns are the glue that hold our country together. Guns keep the government in check and the individual American safe and free. Remove guns and the government will no longer be controlled by the people. The government will control the people," writes Howe.

He's absolutely right. What's more, if there is ever any serious effort to ban all guns or confiscate guns, there's little doubt such actions would lead to massive protests and armed resistance from millions of gun owners.

Some Americans who are lemmings and were likely never serious about gun ownership in the first place would, of course, follow such an order to turn in their guns. They would be among the first to be oppressed.

But they would be far from the only ones.

Eventually, everyone would suffer, and that includes the useful idiots useful idiots in the press, academia and in minor positions of power who thought they would be spared oppression because they played the role of enabler and went along with the gun-grabbers. Once their "services" are no longer needed, they will cease to be useful and become just idiots.
