(NaturalNews) NaturalNews.com was recently named the fourth largest alternative news website in the world by the DBKP Report (http://deathby1000papercuts.com/dbkpreport/2...). NaturalNews delivers daily news, commentary and satire on natural health, alternative medicine and health freedom topics, calling into question the government's stance on vaccines, health care and pharmaceuticals while offering practical and useful information on natural cures, herbal remedies and nutritional therapies that really work to prevent and even cure degenerative disease.
The No. 1 alternative news website, according to Alexa rankings, is Alex Jones' Info Wars (www.InfoWars.com), which also reprints many NaturalNews stories (with permission), especially when those stories intersect with issues of liberty and freedom (such as stories about the TSA, the government / pharma connection, etc.). InfoWars.com has experienced a huge surge in popularity recently due to the appearance of Charlie Sheen on Alex Jones' radio show, where Charlie let loose with an over-the-top rage on numerous topics.

Continuing down the rankings are sites such as AlterNet, The Raw Story, and Rense.com.
Considerably lower in the rankings are sites such as OpEdNews, which recently announced it would no longer publish stories questioning the official government line on vaccines. This most likely means that site's rankings will fall even further as alternative news readers realize it has adopted the government's pro-vaccine stance and is now parroting Big Pharma's position on vaccines (including claiming Dr Wakefield has been discredited for fabricating research data, an allegation which is factually and provably false).
