(NaturalNews) NaturalNews is expanding its audience and editorial reach, so we're ready to bring on new Citizen Journalism writers who want to see their stories published on NaturalNews.com.

We currently publish from 4 - 6 stories each day that are contributed by Citizen Journalists. These writers earn revenues from the Google ads that appear on the top of their articles, and while the earnings aren't a fortune by any means, they have been steadily increasing as NaturalNews readership and reach continues to expand.

In addition, some of our current in-house writers got started as Citizen Journalists! Over time, as we come to know and trust the writing of outstanding contributors, we may offer them paid contract writer positions.

Keep in mind, by the way, that to write for us, you really need to have some solid writing skills. You don't necessarily need to have journalism experience, but knowing how to write effectively with few errors and well-organized thoughts is really important to us.

Also, of course, your articles must be aligned with the values we adhere to here at NaturalNews.com: Holistic living, nutrition, respect for animals and the environment, etc.

Finally, the No. 1 determining factor of how successful people are working with us is attitude. Our in-house editor is very experienced and quite good at catching errors or pointing out mistakes in peoples' articles. For whatever reason, some writers can handle constructive criticism and others can't. If you're the kind of person who has trouble dealing with criticism of your articles by a professional editor, you might find writing for us to be quite stressful, and you're probably better off not applying.
