Over the last few years, I have purchased hundreds of dollars worth of clothing from them because I like the materials they use -- cotton and hemp. I like any company that uses hemp, and it is the perfect material for clothing. Of course, I also love the Tilley hats, and I often wear one when hiking.
These clothes are fantastic, and I say enough about this company. Of course, they don't pay me for saying anything about this, and they don't know I am doing an article on their clothing. Obviously, they have been around for a while. I am not the first one to rave about them, and I won't be the last. With Tilley, you'll get outstanding customer service and prompt shipment of all orders. I recently ordered products with two-day shipping and I received it in two days, even though I had ordered late in the afternoon. You don't see that turnaround in most clothing companies, certainly not from orders being shipped across Canada to the United States.
This is a company that is so passionate about their hats that they give you a replacement certificate in case you lose your hat. If it blows off your head and floats downstream somewhere, you can send in the certificate that states you lost your hat, and they will replace it absolutely free. And if you don't like your hat, just send it back and they will refund your money.
That's the kind of company I like to do business with (and recommend to readers). They have great products and honest, passionate employees. You can't go wrong. Check out Tilley Endurables at Tilley.com. My favorite product? Their "Crinkled Cotton" drawstring pants.
