Oh my God! I'm getting sick just reviewing these photos and writing about them! I want you to notice something very scary about this particular whitish-looking fat blob in the center of this photo: Do you see the tiny dark specs on them?

Does anybody know what those tiny dark specs are? They don't look like pepper, because the pepper chunks are way larger. They also seem to be sort of embedded in the fat blob. What could they be?
