To take the amazing pictures you're about to see, we opened up the Hillshire Farm Yard-O-Beef product with a common kitchen knife, tore open a few chunks of meat and plopped it down in front of my Canon Digital Rebel XT camera outfitted with a special macro lens and a Macro Twin Lite flash unit (pictured here).

This gives you amazing detail and allows you to take pictures at magnifications of hundreds of times normal human eyesight. The scary part? It also tends to reveal details that many people would probably rather not see.
