Injuries, Deaths Caused by Medications Skyrocket 38 Percent

The number of people being injured or killed by pharmaceuticals is skyrocketing, according to voluntary adverse effects reports filed with the FDA. They show that Chantix, all by itself, has been linked to 3,325 injuries and 112 deaths. And these are only the voluntary reporting numbers. Most experts agree the real numbers are likely ten times higher. Why are so many people being injured or killed from taking such drugs? Because they cause blackouts, seizures, suicidal behavior and bizarre psychiatric problems. The FAA has banned its use by pilots, but idiot drug consumers can still drive around the roads of your city, doped up on Chantix while behind the wheel of an SUV.
From Latimes.com: The most dangerous medications were the anti-smoking drug varenicline, which was linked to 1,001 injuries and 50 deaths in the three-month period ending in March, and the blood thinner heparin, which was associated with 779 injuries and 102 deaths.... more
