(NaturalNews) If you think banning people on the TSA "no-fly list" from purchasing guns is a great idea, you're horribly mistaken. The no-fly list is generated in secret, using a secret process that rejects every tenant of due process. No judge, no jury, no appeal process and no notification. There's not even any real way to get your name removed from the list unless you have connections in Washington (or can afford an expensive lawyer).

Did you know that the ISIS terrorists in San Bernardino weren't even on the TSA no-fly list? You won't hear that reported by CNN, of course. They don't want you to know that this no-fly, no-buy list concept is nothing more than yet another excuse to disarm the American people and thereby concentrate all gun ownership into the hands of the government. (Can you say "monopoly?")

The no-buy list is rooted in totalitarian thinking... no wonder the left loves it so much!

The very idea that tyrants in Washington should be able to secretly add your name to a secret list and thereby deny you your constitutionally protected rights is rooted in totalitarian philosophy. This is precisely the kind of tyranny over which the Revolutionary War was fought. This ludicrous idea demonstrates exactly why the Bill of Rights was penned in the first place: to prevent tyrannical governments from taking away the fundamental rights of Americans without due process!

The Second Amendment does not say that people should have the right to "keep and bear arms unless they are added to a secret government list." No, the right is clearly intended to apply to all individual citizens. It is not subject to being taken away (or even "granted") by any government.

Ironically, it is the Second Amendment that serves as the ultimate check against overreaching government tyranny in the first place. If all else fails, said America's Founding Fathers, a free people can still depose a corrupt government through the use of kinetic weapons (rifles, primarily). It's no coincidence that today's criminally run secret government is so aggressively targeting the very right that allows the People to mount a defense against tyranny. The primary reason for this is because the government desperately seeks to expand its police state tyranny over the People. Eliminating the Peoples' right to self-defense is a crucial step in achieving total domination over the population.
