(NaturalNews) When you download this week's episode of Mental Health Exposed, you'll meet Mary Jaksch, the author of Start Over: Create the Life YOU Want. Mary is one of the Internet's top personal development bloggers at GoodLifeZen.com and co-founder of the web's #1 resource for bloggers, the A-List Blogging Boot Camps, a one-of-a-kind resource for those who are interested in making money through blogging.

Mary's success is impressive, but came only after trial by fire. Tune in to this week's show to learn how Mary turned her life around after a tremendous personal tragedy and overcame the odds to succeed in a field with which she had no experience.

Throughout the interview, Mary shares the tools she used to let go of negativity and create a successful, satisfying life when most people would be tempted to slip into despair.

Change is the only constant

Everything is subject to change and transition. As the Buddha is believed to have said, everything exists in a state of flux, a continual process of becoming. Even as we attempt to hold on and make things constant, they continually evolve before us. This is not always comfortable, but this process of evolution is even valid at the physiological level.

We know cellular divisions take place continually in every living being. Old cells die and yield to new ones that are forming. Thus, the impermanence or transition of our bodies, from moment to moment, is undeniable. We exist in a state of constant transition!

This is all fine at the cellular level because the process is not consciously noticeable. However, in the context of life, most of us hate change - we fear it. Think about it. We fear the inevitable - change!

This interview with Mary Jaksch highlights specific tools and principles to help you:

• Navigate life's inevitable transitions
• Let go of blame and negativity and focus on positive directions for your life
• Stay calm and centered during times of personal crisis
• Create a life that you are passionate about
