I eat it as a dessert. It's really that delicious... creamy, rich, sweet but not overpowering. It's a luscious "white chocolate" bar rich with healthy cocoa butter. Tasting this Yoga Bar forces you to suspend disbelief because it's hard to believe it's made from such simple ingredients.
In fact, I think I'd better stop writing about it now, because I'm sitting in Ecuador and I have no Yoga Bars here because I already ate them all! (But I'll bring more on my next trip, for sure...)

Why the Yoga Bars are so amazing...
When considering food bars, keep in mind that the Yoga Bar is not a superfood spirulina bar, or a microalgae bar, or a bar that's trying to pack in a bunch of vitamins and minerals.
