(NaturalNews) Big Food is a conglomeration of massive, monopolistic corporations and companies which process and sell more than 90% of the "food" products found on typical grocery shelves. Any health enthusiast in the world can tell you in so many words that Biotech and Big Food purposely design food to make people sick, and that the Big Pharma healthcare machine, also know as the Medical-Industrial Complex, is more or less the "back end" symptom-cover-up treatment for the ills that come directly from consuming "Big Food" products, day in and day out. 3. Canola Oil: Canola oil is an insidious trick. It used to be called rapeseed oil, which was poisonous for humans to consume, but scientists (one Canadian in particular) figured out a way to reduce the erucic acid to "acceptable" FDA levels, which just means that it doesn't cause cancer overnight.

4. Whole Grains: Some whole grains are GM, meaning they contain pesticide inside the seeds, inside the plants, and you can't wash that off. Plus, many whole grains can cause inflammation (probably because of the pesticide), which is a leading cause of cancer and arthritis in a dehydrated, acid-heavy body. Until a person stop consuming inflammatory foods, become hydrated with real spring water and alkalizes the body to a pH of at least 7.0, most cleansing organs and the heart and brain struggle to perform ordinary functions. Neotame: This is the USDA's dirty little secret, and much like aspartame, neotame inflicts gradual neurotoxic and immunotoxic damage from the combination of a formaldehyde metabolite (which is toxic at extremely low doses) and excitotoxic amino acids. Neotame is 13,000 times sweeter than table sugar, if you so dare to consume it. Monsanto was the orginial creator of Neotame -- so you know that means it decimates human health. Where is the solution to the madness? Where does it begin and end? Take it all back to the basics. Buy 100% certified organic and from your local farmers' markets, and still ask questions there. Drink only spring water, never from the tap. Trust me, organic food is a thousand times cheaper than surgery, chemotherapy and toxic radiation, all of which can lead to new cancers in different parts of your body.
