Cadmium induces destruction of cells in the human eye
by PF Louis
(NaturalNews) Lately there's been a lot of focus on cadmium toxicity. It's not a toxic star like mercury, lead or aluminum, but it's very toxic in it's own right. It's not usually in vaccines or foods, but it's in cigarette smoke, first-hand and second-hand. It's most pernicious when breathed in.
It's estimated that 90 percent of cigarette smoke's cadmium extends its toxicity into one's organs, while ingesting cadmium-polluted water or food may leave as little as 5 percent of its cadmium content within the body. Cadmium nanoparticles also exist in those chemtrails that most deny exist.
Once-pristine areas of Arizona have reported high levels of cadmium and other heavy metals in water and air traps after chemtrail sprays or aerosol geoengineering periods, while Mt. Shasta, CA, where a lot of chemtrails have been observed, is experiencing an intolerable amount of cadmium and barium levels in their mountain snow caps and streams.
Heavy spraying periods are accompanied by sharp increases of lung and bronchial issues on the ground. Cadmium and barium directly affect the lungs. In addition to cadmium and barium, aluminum nanoparticles are in those high-altitude aerosol sprays that make their way to sea level.
Retired neurosurgeon and author Dr. Russell Blaylock is concerned with the aluminum nanoparticles' neurological impact when they're breathed in from aerosol geoengineering. He is now aware of the trails in the sky and knows what they contain. He's also convinced they're not ice particle contrails.
The point is that we're breathing in more cadmium than ever before, with or without cigarette smoke. And cadmium toxicity in recurring, low doses accumulates in tissues enough to cause bone damage, lung damage, inflammation and kidney damage. And it's carcinogenic.
Wait, there's more!
Now, an association between cadmium and cataracts has been established with a link to cigarette smoke. According to a New York State Department of Health study, cigarette smokers have a three times higher risk of cataracts than non-smokers.
A 2010 University of Texas in vitro study (test tube or petri dish cultures) examined the effect of cadmium on human lens epithelial (outer) cells (HLECs) and discovered that cadmium induced both dose-dependent (higher doses) and time-dependent (lower doses over time) damage to those cells.
A cataract is a progressive clouding of the eye's lens, making it opaque to the point of no visual clarity regardless of external optical corrective measures. The lens is normally clear and helps focus imagery onto the retina. If not corrected, usually by outpatient surgery to remove the lens and insert an artificial one, cataracts lead to blindness.
The Texas study determined that cadmium stifled intracellular glutathione (the body's master antioxidant) disbursement in the eye area. The HLECs were induced into cell death by necrosis (from disease or injury) and premature apoptosis, which is the cell's normal death from its life cycle to make way for new cells. But if apoptosis is induced prematurely, a cascade of cellular imbalances occur.
The Texas team also determined in vitro that maintaining high levels of glutathione with precursors such as NAC (N-Acetylcysteine) would help prevent cataracts from forming, especially if one stops smoking or gets away from enclosed areas with heavy cigarette smoke. Of course, there's no mention of chemtrails from a publicly endowed university or mainstream medical science. But we know better, don't we?
In addition to NAC, a good diet and indulging in heavy metal detoxing often will keep the chemtrail cadmium and other metals from accumulating (http://www.naturalnews.com).
In addition to the Natural News list of possibilities, Google "clinoptilolite zeolite powders" [without quotation marks] (not liquids or capsules) for detoxing heavy metals inexpensively and easily.
