If you argue not to label GMOs, then you must argue for no ingredients labeled on anything at all
by S. D. Wells
(NaturalNews) It is more than obvious that anyone who wants to keep genetically modified food unlabeled is either making money from the biotech industry or doesn't mind eating insecticide and pesticide daily. Any argument supporting hiding this "modification" of food means that you would also support all food going unlabeled, because of course, that means you don't care at all what's in your food and that you also do not have any allergy to anything on this earth, including chemicals. How noble that people fight for their right and act as if there is some kind of rational reasoning to hiding GMOs, or that somehow it costs more money to have a few more words printed on a label. Maybe the pharmaceutical industry should not list any ingredients in medicine either, because that just costs more money, and heck, if it's medicine, why would you need to know what's in it, just trust the allopathic M.D., oh, and Big Pharma too. Are you allergic to insecticide?
Do you pile on the bug "off" spray or lotion to keep those pesky flying insects away from you when you hike, picnic, camp or sit on the beach? Do you breathe in much when the mosquito man drives by spraying out bug killer from his truck? Do you spray ant and roach killer on your countertops, where you prepare food? These are just a few questions about what could easily be disturbing your digestive track, your central nervous system, and weakening your whole immune system. GMO seeds contain these carcinogenic "allergens." Do you have IBS, Crohn's Disease, acid reflux, or the like? Maybe it's the UNLABELED GMO gurgling up or burning through your epithelial tissue. What if the bug killer and weed killer was just LISTED on the label, then you would always know. You would know WHY you're spending so much time in the bathroom or at the doctor and feeling lousy after just about every meal. You could check the ingredients for your ultimate "allergy." According to recent research, "Ever since GMOs have entered the food supply, numbers of irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, leaky gut syndrome, constipation, and acid reflux have sharply risen."

Are you allergic to pesticide or herbicide?
Even if you work for a corporation you don't like, how can anyone not be worried about this in food? Even if you like junk food or cheating on the "diet" sometimes, how can you NOT be looking for it in every product? If you could look for it, how would you? How could you figure out if something is GMO, without any "label," and figure it out right there, at the store? Have you heard of "Fooducate?" Pronounced like "Educate," it educates you in a matter of about 4 to 5 seconds about GMO! It's a free phone app that scans barcodes and tells you if products contain GMOs. If you have allergies to popular foods like dairy or peanut, how can you not be concerned if there is pesticide and/or herbicide growing inside seeds and plants that are for sale at almost every grocery store? Are you allergic to corn or soy which contains weed killer? You could find out and stop buying it altogether. Has your naturopath tested you for allergies to GMO? Win the GMO war. Quit investing in it. Scan and choose healthy groceries. Type an email or write a letter to make sure your congressman supports legislation demanding GMO labeling. In the meantime, tune your phone and radio to organic living. (http://www.nongmoproject.org) (http://radio.naturalnews.com/)
Dairy, chicken embryos, peanut oil and GMO
Think about this: there are tons of ingredients, products and ordinary foods that some people, especially young children, cannot ever eat or even be in the same room as without having a life threatening allergic reaction. Still, the pharmaceutical industry puts peanut oil, MSG and GMOs in vaccines. Still, Big Food biotechnology really means spraying more herbicide on your vegetables and your fruit, which comes from seeds that grow pesticide inside and carries on similar functions in your organs and intestines. All genetically modified food needs to be labeled, and that's just as much common sense as labeling supplements and medicine. (http://www.fooducate.com)
